The property has amazing staff members! They were all beyond friendly and helpful. Quick acting to the issues we had. Now with that being said, we got a room with a jacuzzi tub. We specifically requested the tub so that way that we and the children could you know enjoy our little mini vacation. Unfortunately every time that we filled in the top up for the baths water would flow all over the floor from inside the bathroom to outside underneath the floor and underneath the bed. Our floor was soaked for the whole night and in the whole next morning as it was too late to request maintenance or get a room change. It was very inconvenient that that was happening as it was our specific reason for the room. I didn’t even realize the water was on the floor and almost slipped and even noticed I had a charger water. Next morning and they sent up a maintenance it in to work on it. Apparently this is not the first plumbing/pipe issue. Unfortunately they did not have any other rooms exactly like ours that could accommodate us for that next day. I love red roof and know they are a good hotel, I just hope this one can pull things together quickly and join the ranks. I would really have liked the chance to enjoy my stay!

Needs a renovation. Price fit the location. Many noisy guests at nighttime yelling etc.

Great place to stay if you have a pet. The light bulb in the bathroom was burnt out. There was no ice bucket and the floor was pretty dirty.

Dirty floors, AC very noisy, worn furniture, one towel was so worn could see thru it, have stayed at budget motels many times skip this one.

Good for the price and convienent to my clients place of business.

Driving from NJ To Fl via 95, Friendly staff, Close to 95, Plenty of places to eat nearby

Manager was very pleasant upon check in. However when we went to our room it was anything , but nice! The furniture was beat up on all the corners, and the carpet was NOT CLEAN, and the room smelt very unclean. Would we stay here again definitely NOT! Nor will we ever stay at another RED ROOF again this is two years in a row that we have stayed at two different RED ROOF Inn'S one in North Carolina and one in South Carolina NOT GOOD EXPERIENCES in SC either. Sorry, if the truth hurts, but I think the public needs to know.

Good location and staff, but...Bed smelled like urine. Room stuffy. It's too bad. Towels very thin. We were looking forward to a better experience. There are many hotels and motels at this stop on I 95. We will stay somewhere else from now on.

I paid too much for this average hotel and then found out at check-in that an additional fee was to be charged for pet-friendly accommodations. I should have been notified of the fee so I could factor the extra expense into my choice of hotels. I would have gone elsewhere.

I only stayed overnight but was very pleased with the hotel staff, cleanliness of room. Breakfast was sufficient, would like to have had eggs but it was good. Would come back.

The staff was polite. The room was very clean and just a little chilly. Which is better than being hot. The water pressure was great. Plenty of clean towels. Internet works fine. The breakfast was a little skimpy, just glad there was oatmeal and OJ. Very disappointed that the cleaning staff woke me up 2 hours before my check out time, though I had the do not disturb sign up. Then they came back as I was in the shower and kept knocking. Definitely need to stop this kind of pushing to get you out of your room. Other than that, no problems.

I went there for a birthday party, hotel was located down the street (great location), but i will never stay at this hotel again, i think i paid too much for this room, I don't think I will ever use [...] again for a hotel stay in fayetteville. The room wasso bad I petty much stayed at my sisters, I couldn't get in touch with [...] because I didn't have excess to a computer at the time, no receipt was given, this was probably the worst hotel visit ever

We were there for a military event in town Nothing missing below expectation for 3 star rating was clean, but damp smell in room. Furniture dated.
