Not Happy with the stay at all

This is the worst hotel that we stayed in thru Hotels.com The room wasn't clean, there was still a dog ball under the bed. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, you collected hair and other items on your feet. I had to repair the toilet myself, it wouldn't stop running. They don't change out towels. There is no one in the office over night if you need help. On the positive side, the room was a good size and organized efficiently. The internal private courtyard was a plus. Location to the city was great. Overall I would recommend that Hotels.com take this off their available list.

Overall I was very satisfied. It was plenty of space and clean. Didn’t see any bugs which is always my concern staying at Hotels or extended stay type of places. The bed was actually super comfy! Only issue was we couldn’t get the tv in the living room to connect to the WiFi so I had to use my hotspot on my phone. The General Manager was very accommodating since I was super late getting in town from Texas! I will be staying here again!
