Dark, dingy room. Smelled musty. Cracked tile in bathroom.

Positives: The room was clean 7.5/10 This was my first time in NC/Fayetteville and I felt the area was safe Breakfast was ok The maintenance man Eddie was the best part because he helped several times with noise complaints Free WiFi and good tv channels Negatives: The biggest complaint: NOISE The other patrons were I stayed (entrance B room by the near the parking lot...beware) were extremely loud and inconsiderate. My first night a group of Hispanic construction workers were out with Coronas handing out. Luckily the maintenance man showed them away. And I was told they’ve been doing this for the last 2-3 weeks. Unacceptable that the hotel allowed them to do this for that long when there is a designated area for folks to hang out at. It’s extremely unfair to other people who paid to get some peace. Another night (the same group with more people) played loud music with full on bass until 1am! Right outside my window. Now when I called the front desk (twice) they were attentive and I was told the maintenance man did go speak with them, which I appreciated, but they continued until the early morning. Thank God that was my last night there. Door slamming all hours of the day and night Fitness area/pool was closed and the gym is VERY small Breakfast hours suck Housekeeping was loud and blasting music early in the morning. Long wait to check in because there was only one person at the desk

Staff was not welcoming and did not ask if there was anything they could help with or go ovwr any of the amenities of the hotel. Back of the bathroom door was splintered

Bad Place. The breakfast is a joke. The room was bad.

It was closer to the highway, very convinient. The staff was super nice!

It was clean. We stayed at the Baymont nearby last year. It was filthy. The breakfast was pretty good.

Room was very clean and pleasant. My only complaint is that the bed was too high. Also, I really don't like the tiny bed pillows. Otherwise the room was quite adequate.

Clean, efficient and convenient. Great location with access to resturants, stores and local downtown.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Workout area was roomy and excellent breakfast.

Nice close to A fast get away back to I95 Nice free breakfast

I booked with another hotel that had internal issues and wouldn’t let me check in. Made this reservation at last minute and had no issues.

Nice hotel for a quick stay on a long car trip. Pool was a perfect way for the kids to unwind.

Friendly staff. Good value for price. Great breakfast. Only negative was odd odour in hallway but room was fine. Would definitely stay here again.
