Staff in dire need of training and professionalism. Long waitsfor front desk service. Clipped fingernails on carpet at check-in. Requested room to be serviced but never was. No air conditioning in halls.
The hotel is tucked away from the shopping areas, and provides a lot of quietness. The staff are warm friendly and make you feel welcome. The hotel provides an ultra modern look, however it is missing a full service kitchen. The staff are true stars.
Hyatt Globalit. Enjoyed my stay at this new hotel. Love the studio style room. Clean and had huge shower. Was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Had a drink at the bar and was rather expensive but staff was friendly. Free parking is always good.
Spending more than 200 nights a year away from home it’s really important that I feel like home when I travel. And while a long time Hyatt customer I’ve never started in a Hyatt House before, and I have to say it’s exactly that! A house, a home. And Hyatt House Raleigh is a real role model of making you feel welcome, comfortable and at home from the moment you step in. A few reasons why: 1) Letitia and her team at the front desk are so hospitable and caring from the moment you step in, she was even checking if everything was good when I sat at the bar - it’s first class! 2) Rooms are really comfortable, clean and well designed in a way that speaks to the feeling of not being in a hotel but rather in a friendly homey environment. 3) The H bar is just amazing, excellent food, fantastic drinks menu and super staff that really cares about you. Try the food, especially the pulled pork, it’s fantastic. In short, when in Raleigh don’t waste your time just stay here!!
We had a great couple of nights here! Staff was super friendly, kids loved the pool table and pool, breakfast was wonderful...made to order omelets, waffles or pancakes, oatmeal bar, yogurt parfait bar, eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes each morning. They also had almond milk! Rooms were spacious with a well equipped kitchen. They only thing it lacked was a separate area to get ready other than the bathroom, the area outside of the bathroom could have an outlet and mirror so one could shower while the others finish getting ready. Would definitely stay again!
Overall amazing stay here! The room was clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a great option for our kids to burn some energy. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was amazing! Location is great too!
Stayed here multiple times, staff is great, rooms are awesome, gym area is nice, the food is great and bartender is awesome. Had the local IPA which is on tap -- loved it. The chef went above and beyond and spiced up the kale salad over ancient grains. Clean and safe hotel. Highly recommend.
I checked into this hotel on 3/28/18 with 3 teenage girls. The stay here as been amazing. I have stayed at a few of the Hyatt Houses in the area but this one is by far the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the moment of check in with Russ at the front desk to the next morning with fresh omelettes made to order by Johnnie, I knew this was going to be a great stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has the best heated indoor pool I’ve seen in a while. I travel to the area frequently, this is now my hotel of choice!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. It is clean and beautiful. We came up for an annual dinner at Angus Barn and afterwards we enjoyed the time to play pool right there at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, very comfortable beds and shower. The sliding barn doors throughout the hotel bring the modern feel right to you. Russell the night manager was helpful, polite and handled a difficulty situation with some guests very professional, keeping in mind we were very close he told us to enjoy our pool games until we were tired and checked if we needed anything often! We will defiantly be back...
The manager was very helpful and staff was always seeking to make sure your stay was the best. Letitia seemed to work around the clock. She made sure my extra stays that I added to my original plan was taken care of.
