Front desk staff needs some customer service training. Hotel was booked and staff was stress about the volume of customers. To establish good customer service, staff needs to manage customer requessts in a more professional manner. It is a beautiful building but require closer supervision of staff. ...
Good price. Not a bad room at all. The hotel is pretty big with an adjoining restaurant. I ran into a small issue with room service. Was told it would take 25 minutes for my burger and fries. After 90 mins, it still wasn’t there so I called. Kristie, whom took the order, forgot to ask my room number. ...
Hotel was grea, staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was close to everything. Only negative thing I could say is one of the times the cleaning people came in it looked as if they did not change the sheets on the bed as the blood stains from when my wife cut herself was still there.
Slow check in and rate changed due to error by front deck... hallway smelled of drugs
Good overall experience, no complains. Good breakfast. Room equipped with micro-fridge, which is a must have.
Rooms are great it's like having your own apartment it's safe and quiet staff is very helpful
Room was nice for an overnight trip. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, however.
