We went to stay here for 1 night before our flight left early in the morning. Check-in was fine, and then when we got to our room, we used the toilet and it began overflowing everywhere. We went back to the check-in desk and asked for another room, and tried to settle down in that room. Everything (hallways, lobby, individual room) smelled with a bad odor and cigarettes, the TV was super old, there were stains on the bed sheets, etc. It looks like there have been no updates in the past 20 years. We decided after 20 mins of bieng in the room, that we would stay at another hotel instead.

comfortable, staff very nice! breakfast was typical of more expensive hotels, they had a pipe break and had some flooding in the hall and lobby, so wet carpets, the bed was a bit hard. But over all good location, quiet clean. Would stay again!

1st room the commode was broken and we had to pack back up and move to another room

conveniently located, clean and suited our needs Close to the interstate. Easy check in, breakfast was fine Staff was helpful and polite.

The room itself was horrible. The service was horrible. Please spend your money at the closest motel 8 or something you will get a much better value .

I had nothing short of an excellent experience while staying at the Microtel in Greensboro NC. The room itself was clean, orderly and the staff were a 15 0n a scale of 1 to ten.

The hotel was fairly clean. The carpet was a little dirty. Overall stay was niceIwould stay again.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. My only complaint is that the hallways and stairs were very hot and stuffy. Only thing missing is a pool. I would stay there again.

The location and staff were good. Friendly and easy access to highways and restaurants. But, the facility is in serious need of updating.

For a the cheap price, our stay was pretty good. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean and comfortable.

I was so pleased with my experience I will share my thoughts. The room and the rest of the hotel was very, very clean, the lady that greeted me was sweet and charming too. The breakfast was good, limited but good and the attendant bent over backwards to help me when I needed it. When people do their job right they should be commended and this hotel and staff are doing it right. Congratulation's on a job well done!!!!!!!

The hotel was average. The carpets could have been cleaner. I was in town for business, so the amenities and extras were not all that necessary, but it would have been nice to have at least a mini fridge and microwave! The staff was pleasant and helpful. I traveled with my boyfriend who was out of the room mostly and sometimes I felt a little uncomfortable. I noticed a lot of men walking the halls. They appeared to possibly be with a construction crew maybe. I'm guessing because the hotel offer weekly rates that this is the type of clientele that's attracted. Overall...eh' it was ok!

Dirty, outdated. Front desk staff disinterested and slow.

We choose Microtel during a family Christmas visit when all we needed was a quiet, relatively comfortable, convenient place to sleep. All of our activities and meals were with the family so this just gave us a get-away for sleeping, and for that it was perfect. Room was totally quiet and dark. Beds, pillows, and linens were pretty comfortable for a budget hotel. I'd stay there again.

First, the dead bolt didn't lock. Next, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet tank leaked into the bowl. This made the toilet run every so often to refill itself. (Please -- a less than $5 flapper and 5 minutes would fix that., trust me.) Then the temperature in the room was never right -- too warm on one side and too chilly on the other, and it alternated sides as to which was too warm. The refrigerator door dragged the floor, and the door was cracked. The shelves in the fridge were rusty. The luggage cart we used on leaving was broken at the top and "mended" with duct tape. These are minor complaints but they added up to a "what next?" experience. The staff was very nice and the location and price suited us, but we may not return. We would recommend it to someone looking for a cheap room.

the hotel room was small and the bed a little hard, but for the money, it was great. I'd stay again.

This was a good inexpensive motel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and I was able to accomplish my bussiness without complications. The place was not all that visible from the highway, but once you knew it was there, it was not all that difficult to approach.

I liked the room stay because it was very convenient to a lot of restaurants. The room was very clean and staff friendly. However, the towels were a bit hard but we didn't mind because we where only there for one night. I would recommend this location for folks passing through the town or a brief stay.

Sheets had an odd tint to them and at first I thought it was just different even though they gave me the impression that they had not been washed in years....it wasn't really until after I left the hotel the next morning that I realized I had broken out into a rash because of them. The shower had a broken shower head that was broken and had to be hand-held the entire time during shower because it wouldn't stay hooked on the wall. Upon arrival we were sent to a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (was supposed to be non-smoking room). Switched rooms, but then that was one with all the problems mentioned above. My rash lasted for an entire day and covered my neck, chest, arms and legs. Extremely miserable. Worst hotel stay ever!

Good for the price - clean, comfortable, not noisy like some places. Basic breakfast, but ok.
