Cons- Had to get our kitchen furnishings from downstairs. No pool as advertised on internet. Rude front desk. Bug feces in corners of kitchen counter. Left after first night. There are no pros. Would not stay here again even for one night.

The property was clean and what it appeared to be when booked. The area was nice and the actual property was truly clean and a place I will visit again.

This is a basic, economy, no frills hotel. I found the rooms and facility to be clean.

ESA is always a good bargain, and I have stayed at this property several times with consistently good results.

The manager and the staff were super rude. When it was checkout time they knocked on my door and told me in a rude way (if you don’t check out we’ll be charge you an extra 10$. I said I will leave in 15 minutes because I didn’t know I had to leave at 11. Most hotels I stay in give you till 1 and are flexible. Well they did charge me when I left at 11:20. I spoke to the manager and she was rude and unhelpful at all. I’d never stay there again.

I didn't like that I didn't have the sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa. I had to go to d front desk and get them . The Iron had a shortage. Would i stay there again? Maybe.

Room was not cleaned properly. Hair in the shower and on the shower walls. We was not happy!!

Its always wonderful to stay here just need steps to walk to Ruby Tuesdays

The hotel was close to the airport. Unfortunately neither soda machine was in working order. All the staff I encountered were very friendly.

Nice hotel close to highway and airport heat didn't work in first room but problem was handled very quickly by moving me to another room very friendly staff

The front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. I had a shuttle lined up for airport pick up, but when the flight was delayed they would not accomadate, and all but one lady were very rude in how they handled this. And, they would not even tell me her name.

All was great. It made my boyfriend's relocation to Greensboro more of a comfortable transition.
