Staff went out of there way to be helpful. Room was clean and the hotel amenities were good.

Good location for me getting around the area. I was grieving it was a peaceful environment for me.

The hotel staff was really friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The gym and business center were also very clean, but were just a little small. Would have preferred the breakfast buffet to be complimentary for the price we paid for the rooms, but that is my only gripe with this trip. Overall it was a big success.

Hotel's interior finishes are outdated, worn and in need of an update. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in and there were only 2 people in front of us in line. Desk clerk continued to ignore everyone by answering the phone and having long conversations with callers. Bathroom floor sticky; mysterious gunk on the mirror and wall. Elevators are of service elevator quality - just weird. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet on the 4th floor.

I have stayed here before because of the location and the relationship to the business I visit. First of all to me it is very disturbing to find a half eaten container of tic tacs on the floor next to the bedside stand. It leads you to wonder how well the room was cleaned and if a vacuum was actually used. The other issue I had was the TV controller, I could not change the channel unless I individually went up and down hitting each number too forever!! When checking out the women at the desk did not seem interested at all if there were any problems. Lots of other hotels in the area will consider giving them a try next time. I will say when I arrived the cookies I was given were very good.

Everyone was wonderful! Had group tha was staying there for a wedding that got a little noisy but they took care of it when we called. Perfection all the way around!

Hello, Please know I had a very upsetting experience at Greensboro-High Point Doubletree relative to the Othird party reservation. Due to work schedule changes I was unable to stay the second night at the Doubletree and checked out on Sunday morning. I was told by the hotel reservation staff that they “cannot” modify the visit or even provide me with any documentation that declares that I checked out on Sunday morning. They informed me that since it was a third party reservation they could not refund the second night’s cost even though the room was not used. They told me I needed to take this issue up with third party. This experience as it stands now will keep me from using third party or this hotel going forward unless it is satisfactorily addressed. So it is understood I will be traveling to that area many times in the next three years as I have family attending an area university. I had thought using an online service would be a convenience rather than a painful experience. I do appreciate the opportunity to communicate my experience. Hotel was fine, the handling of changed needs was terrible. Respectfully, Peter

I checked in a little early and everything was ok. I got my room...But when I asked the front desk lady if they would keep my stay private meaning they didn't give out details of my reservation if someone called...She replied "oh no we don't give out any information it's confidential" then she asked " do you want me to put on your reservation that you don't want any phone calls"? I said that would be great....well low and behold my friend couldn't reach my cell phone and she called the hotel....of course the front taff told her I was staying there and that they called my room but I was not taking calls>>>Really??? what happened to confidentialality??? The front desk staff in my opinion were idiots I won't be staying here again because they are unprofessional in that way...

The essence of a hotel, to me, is the staff; pleasant, ready smiles from all, very eager to answer questions. The location of the hotel was perfect for the wedding and reception.

A quiet location and relaxing, and staff friendly.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Free wired internet was important to ne as a business traveler. Location off the high way gives you great access to get around the region.

Pleasant staff and quick service for breakfast. We checked in in a very timely manner, and the beds were soft and comfortable.

It was great place to stay. It was very comfortable.

Enjoyed the Experience at the Double Tree, Wouldn't Have had it any other way!

Nice had a great stay. No free breakfast. That's a let down

Loved the hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel was spotless.

The hotel was O.K. but, the air conditioning was not working properly due to an outage. Then when we went to bed; my daughters sheets were dirty and we had to call for assitance. The room itself was fairly cleaned. The cookie at check in was not ready so we missed that. The check in clerk told us to come back in 30 minutes to get one. The check out clerk was not attentive to her job. Most of the clerks were either on the phone to a personal call or just plain not helpful at all.The waitress at the resturant ([...]) was the nicest person we met there. Each morning we would go down for coffee on the patio and she was very friendly and kept our coffee cups full. Thanks [...]. Overall it was just O.K.

Conveniently close to the Coliseum, nice indoor heated pool, comfy comforters on the bed, very clean.

The hotel looks very new, very clean and swell appointed. The rooms are spacious and the beds were cery comfortable. It was a nice retreat.

It was a simple, no frills, hotel. Had a nice stay. Lived up to the expectations. Nice, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
