I booked two rooms. One room smelled of cigarette smoke & had to be changed. The second one had a leaking ceiling and pool of water on the bathroom floor. It took 20-minutes to check in and I was the only person present.

Room wasn’t really clean nothing up to date for the money I spent on the room.

We arrived in June and the heat was running in ALL the common areas making it very uncomfortable. Prostitutes and young couples were in and out all night long and were pretty loud.

Very friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed made for a good nights sleep.

The Hotel was nice, but I saw a bug on the bed. I took the pillow to the front desk and showed it to them. They sent someone to change my bed. They told me they were wheat bugs, someone must have left the window open. The next morning, I woke to bumps all over my arms and neck. They gave a free breakfast and 1/2 off my room. But three days later, I am still itching the bumps are still there. Room 912 was a nightmare. I will not be staying there again.

Very close to the Colliseum, perfect for a concert. Staff was very friendly.

Adequate accommodations at a fairly high price. I visited during peak time of High Point Market.

I enjoyed my stay, the front desk staff was professional and courteous. The warm cookies was the icing on the cake!

Got sent to holiday inn because they overbooked my room.

Staff went out of there way to be helpful. Room was clean and the hotel amenities were good.

Good location for me getting around the area. I was grieving it was a peaceful environment for me.

The hotel staff was really friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The gym and business center were also very clean, but were just a little small. Would have preferred the breakfast buffet to be complimentary for the price we paid for the rooms, but that is my only gripe with this trip. Overall it was a big success.

Hotel's interior finishes are outdated, worn and in need of an update. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in and there were only 2 people in front of us in line. Desk clerk continued to ignore everyone by answering the phone and having long conversations with callers. Bathroom floor sticky; mysterious gunk on the mirror and wall. Elevators are of service elevator quality - just weird. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet on the 4th floor.

I have stayed here before because of the location and the relationship to the business I visit. First of all to me it is very disturbing to find a half eaten container of tic tacs on the floor next to the bedside stand. It leads you to wonder how well the room was cleaned and if a vacuum was actually used. The other issue I had was the TV controller, I could not change the channel unless I individually went up and down hitting each number too forever!! When checking out the women at the desk did not seem interested at all if there were any problems. Lots of other hotels in the area will consider giving them a try next time. I will say when I arrived the cookies I was given were very good.

Everyone was wonderful! Had group tha was staying there for a wedding that got a little noisy but they took care of it when we called. Perfection all the way around!
