i found bundle of hair in my shower ( my hair is black , hair in shower was brown ) , found mold (black spots) on pillows & some of my lights didnt work . and the breakfast sucks , i was looking for eggs bacon sausage waffle , we got bread muffins and boiled eggs ugh … but other than that staff was friendly & jokey .

Shocking all round
Advertising you get breakfast but only had toast and coffee !!! Pool closed and patio area dirty nothing like the pictures, staff couldn’t be bothered to help you as the hotel had been sold to Marriott, wasn’t told when checking in that there was construction happening at the time of my stay, manager couldn’t care less as he had a new job to go too , Hyatt hotels what a joke

When I first arrived at the property no carts were available to bring my stuff to my room. The staff told me that my credit card did not go through when it did. He also mentioned that the pet fee was $75 when it was $50. One of the elevator was out. The microwave and kitchen light were not working and when I called the front desk they told me they did not have maintenance on site, and no rooms available to change me. The kitchen floor tile was coming apart.

Key cards for entrance are broke around the property therefore anyone can enter the property. My daughter and I was coming back from the store and it’s looks as homeless people may be sleeping in the stairwell.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with accommodating our needs. Some of the blinds needs to be replaced. Found parts of children's toys in between the cushions of the sofa bed and windows.

This property was supposed to be non smoking however there was strong odor of marijuana in the hallway, the main elevator was broke and out of service we were followed and felt very unsafe for us and our young child. We turn around and expressed our concerns to the front desk attendant to no avail, We came to realize our concerns were not going to be addressed by the Hyatt House front desk attendant takes proper measures to ensure the safety of their guest that is when we decided this was not a safe place to stay with children.
