Outstanding location for downtown activities.

Deplorable. Pee and public hair on the first hotel room toilet seat. Then puddle of water in the bathroom of the second hotel room bathroom that I slipped on. Third room didn’t sleep well because of a leaky shower head, broken air conditioning fan that made noise, and toilet running. I contacted Marriott and they didn’t seem to care much. I spent two hundred dollars on this! I actually chose the Marriott over the Hyatt place… never again!! I do NOT recommend staying there!!

Kyle at the front desk was pleasantly welcoming and very accommodating. Our rooms were clean and quiet. There were masks available to guests who didn’t have one on and I felt safe and relaxed for the entire stay. Will definitely be back again.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. Happy to have a fridge, huge TV (would have loved more channels), and surprisingly better than average coffee. Waited way too long for a crib after texting and calling about it prior to our stay and notifying the front desk several times. Arrived well after our daughter’s bedtime.

At check in I was informed that the hotel had been over sold, therefore my room had been given away. My wife and I were forced to sleep on a full size pull out sofa with a horrible mattress. Both my kids slept on cots...the room did not have a regular bed. Every hotel in the city was sold out so I had no other options.

I thought the property was ok...the first room we checked into, had a "service dog" (which I thought was questionable as being a service dog) roomed next door and it started barking...that's how I knew it was there...I would've thought the staff would've told us about this earlier and given us an opportunity to move prior to checking in that room...the room we eventually got (628), the air conditioning didn't work as well as in the previous room (802 or 806, I forgot)...for the price, I would've thought these "things" wouldn't be an issue...guess I was wrong.

I love the customer service, everyone was very professional and helpful!

I really don't have much to say about this place. It's operated by students, so what do you expect?

Hotel was okay. Needs to be updated. The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold and plumbing was noisy.
