Red Roof Inn Greensboro Coliseum

2.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Clean, quiet and conveniently located to the coliseum as well as several nice restaurants.

Good value, friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept so good!

Not a family hotel absolutely no children channels. If you have small children there is no tub only a stand in shower that also runs across the whole flooring including by the sink and toilet

Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly. We had a very fast check in. Went to room and was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Bed was comfortabl.

Terrible customer service. If there's a problem it's your fault. I made 2 separate reservations for 2 nights in a row on Orbitz. On check in I explained I didn't want to have to change rooms because of 2 separate reservations for 2 nights in a row. Receptionist said "I'll just cancel the second reservation." I left for the day, came back late and couldn't get into the room. I saw my luggage behind the counter through the night window. (No I wasn't permitted in the lobby to explain.) The night receptionist had no sympathy whatsoever but only after I inquired, offered me a smaller room at a higher price. No apology. No concern. No return customer.

This hotel is well maintained and the staff is quite helpful. For the price and location it can't be beat.

I arrived Greensboro on a late flight, checking in around 1AM. Settled in my room and began to smell a chemical odor. (bed bug spray??) I turned on the heat and fan to try and get rid of it to avail. Then tried to sleep with a wet wash cloth my face as a filter, but that didn't work. So I slept in my car until morning!

They gave me the last room at corner. There is no breakfast at this hotel

The hotel was fine.was near four seasons mall. Room was alil small but that was ok.Didn't really have enough towels and washcloths in room.

We stayed at this hotel due to it being close to the greensboro coliseum but the pics were definitely not how the rooms looked.

The hotel was very busy for the concert, but the staff were very friendly at check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

The location was great! Right off interstate 40. Close to various restaurants (Smokey Bones barbecue was my favorite!). The staff was friendly and the room was clean and recently renovated.

I was swayed by the ad of newly furbished rooms. The rooms may have been re-done but they were not impressive. Basic amenities like lotion and a box of tissues were unavailable. The young women at the front desk were nice.

... was all I needed it to be - got exactly what I paid for (a place to shower & crash). Everything was good, the location was the prime convenience - it served it's purpose well.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was neat and clean. Great price for unexpected stay for one night.

ok place if you want to just put your head down for a night or two. great water pressure !! security at night, which usually means the location warrants having that at night.. don't wander to far after dark.

The room itself was very clean I was surprised. There is alot of travelers hanging out around the property, but everyone was nice. I just wished I had gotten a room with a fridge and microwave.

Room was clean & spacious. Bathroom clean but kind of small. No closet space to put luggage. A little disappointed breakfast isn't offered in the morning, most hotels are going in that direction. Staff was polite.

Not the best room, but for the price it was a comfortable stay. Was very clean and that's important
