Like : only location. Dislike - it was dirty and dusty allover. Only 2 towel for 4 guests for 3 days. Room was smelly. Refrigerator was not working properly.
I didn't like it at all the walls had what looked like someones faeces or blood I had to get staff to let me in even though the key worked the handle was broken outside I put the chair against the door because I felt unsafe. I will never stay at this location again it was in a run down neighborhood. But the price was ok for one night. I only stayed to get some sleep but had to wait a long time for check in.
The front desk clerk was too busy with his phone to check me in. I called the main number to get some help — they couldn’t reach him either so they tried a supervisor— but it took me 20 minutes to get checked in. And the desk clerk never apologized for making me wait. A terrible experience.
Not impressed, wall covered in dust, cobwebs in the corners, stains on the bed covers, mold in the bathroom, screws sticking out of the drawers, the heater made a loud ticking noise constantly…and then when I accidentally left my pillow at the property, I couldn’t get the hotel to answer the phone, customer service sent them emails and I never got a response; when I could finally got back to the hotel as I was in town for business a few days later, the manager and the house keeping team didn’t find any pillows in the room I had stayed in for 3 nights. Very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

It was clean and during this time of Covid-19 they followed procedures of safety. It help also that they had security. Overall it was a relaxing experience.

Poor service. Did not check into a room until hour later and jokes in walls burns on toilet seats and comforters. Would not recommend this place.
They have turned this place around. Staff is great.
It wasn’t what I expected. Wasn’t clean at all!! Covers were dirty had cigarette burns on them holes in blankets and curtains, bugs flying all over the place had dead bugs in the bed. Never again would I stay at this Red Roof.

We have extra towels in the office for guests needing extra. My only regret is that I wish issues you have mentioned were brought to our attention during your stay so that it can be corrected.
