My wife has MS and cannot walk. The hotel had the ideal accommodations. The first was a handicap accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. That was great because her scooter could maneuver in the bathroom. The shower was excellent. The room was spacious and again her scooter could maneuver well in the room The breakfast, which was included with the room, was absolutely great. There was a good variety of items on the breakfast bar; it was fresh; and tasty. The dining room staff was superb everyday. One day there was a college football team there along with a college volleyball team and the staff was magnificent. Lastly, the hotel maid service was outstanding. They accommodated the guests needs with clean supplies as requested and they were very, very cordial.

Hotel is under renovation and not very clean. Staff is nice and restaurant that is attached is good. However, I found a Bedbug crawling on a towel in the bathroom. First time that has happened to me. I had to throw away my luggage and send all my clothing out for dry cleaning. I was at a business conference and spent about $1,700 on rooms and food. Staff apologized, but did not help offset my cost associated with ensuring I did not bring home bedbugs.

Checked in at 6PM, temp outside 86 degrees. When we got to room, a/c was off. Room temp over 90 degrees. Took till after 10 PM to make room semi comfortable. There were two bags of trash in one of the chest of drawers. Unpleasant experience.

I found my stay at the Clarion to be very comfortable. I love the staff, they were easy to talk to.The room size an bed were perfect. I would like to thank the staff for a great stay.

We were put in a room adjacent to the event/ballroom and got hit with the triple whammy of a wedding, then a 13 year-old dance birthday party with booming music coming through the walls until late in the evening. Then we were subjected to a drunken bridal shower party in the room adjacent to us. After multiple complaints, the noise continued until 1:30 am (they loitering in the hallway, screaming and slamming their door repeatedly). When we poked our heads out, we got harassed by the drunken women. I finally went to the front desk and was followed by several of these drunken women (who still had wine glasses in hand) who tried to intimidate me by getting in line behind me as I waited to make my complaint to the receptionist. I was told that they tried to move the noisy guests to another room but there were no other rooms that they, or we could be moved to. In the AM, the morning receptionist Debra was professional, polite and helpful. She moved us to another room and the rest of our stay was uneventful. I tried to talk to the hotel manager Joe multiple times the morning after (and I asked Debra to leave a message as well) but he was always out. Since then, I have left messages for him on his personal voicemail for 3 consecutive days without a return call. Joe's avoidance of my calls reflect the poor attitude for customer care.

Arrived to find the registration area roped off, front lobby closed and carpet ripped up everywhere you looked. Kept re-routing access to areas of the hotel the entire 3-day stay due to construction. No warning was given that this was going on at the time of reservation. One upside was the service staff was terrific at Legends was fantastic even though the food was mediocre.

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. THE ROOM DIDN'T HAVE ANY TOWELS. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK A MILLION TIMES AND NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. MANAGER WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE DID!! THIS SHOULD BE A 2 STAR HOTEL!!

The non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. They did have a air purifier in the room but since the smell had seeped into the facbric on the bed and furniture it did not do much. Their were aunts on the bathroom floor and when I went to wash my face I noticed the "clean" wash cloth had hair all over it. I was not comfortable and could not sleep because every time I turned it would stir up the stale smoke smell. The room was also very dark and dingy looking, not like the photos shown.

You get what you pay for when it comes to hotels. The only reason that I chose this hotel was because I was attending a New Year's party there and didn't want to drive. Not trying to sound uppity or anything but I prefer the clean, fresh, airy and more up to date hotels. I paid eighty dollars and I got an eighty dollar hotel. Not that it wa bad though. I just wouldn't stay there again because I like nicer hotels. The only complaint that I have is that the heater does not get nearly hot enough. I put it on high, left for three hours and came back, and the room was barely warm. It was like lukewarm air. Maintenance said that there was nothing that could be done. Don't chance booking here during the winter.

I had planed my trip after Mermorial day do to state policies on pool openings, I was ashured by the hotel that the pool would be so. also for the fact they had free shuttle service a attached resturaunt that was open @ 10pm couse I was landing @ 9pm , free brekfast , I got to the hotel to see that the pool was instead closed for 3 diffrent reasons I got from 3 diffrent staff members, the restuaunts kitchen was Closed @ 9:15pm so no meal. i was already hungry enough to chew my own arm when i got there. I made due however with all this. but the straw that snaped my back was waking up thinking at the least i can get a decint brekfast. NOT that now went from Free to $9.00. not to mention the roach in my room that i could of sold tickets for rides on , Got a pic of it if anyone cares to see ..., Not all was bad though I will say the gentleman that operated the Shuttle was nice he went out of his way to take me to get some food and great conversation upon the way. so my recomendation is you need transpertation that is great and frindly please stay at this hotel but if you want anything else check out another this is not worth it and I will not visit another Clarion do to the experience of this one
