Booked online. Checking in was a breeze. Only issue I really had was that due to covid..there was no breakfast. Had to hunt down cleaning lady to get coffe pods that are for the room coffee maker. When I asked the front desk clerk for the pods for the room coffee maker..she told me the o my way I could get coffee was to order it from room service for a charge..which I was not going to do...so I hunted down the cleaning lady and got them from her. Had to ask for trash bags and towels and soap because they couldn’t come in the rooms which is understandable. Other than that..was a pleasant stay..rooms were nice and clean beds comfortable

Front desk lady (younger lady) was kurt and snobbish wanting only answers to her questions, ignored my questions. The room's dresser top drawer glide was broken and there were marks on the wall so how clean did the maid clean and does she report damages to room to get repaired or is there no maintenance system in place? I will choose to patron other hotel brands.

Hotel was very clean, rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet was good-- food hot -- variety of drinks. A good place to bring your pet. Pet fee $50 per first day then $20 a day after.

The entire place is scented with a deodorizer spray. For anyone like myself who is sensitive to these fragrances, it is very uncomfortable. It gave me a headache very quickly. My experience is that anyplace that needs a deodorizer has some odor to obscure. If I had not purchased a non-refundable reservation, I would have asked for refund and left. I will not be using this place again.

It was good for the time I needed to stay, which was 1 night.

The cleanliness was my main concern with staying on a hotel, and the Wydham was wonderful.

Under heavy construction therefore dangerous surroundings and no pet relief areas. Constant fumes and loud traffic noise from diesel trucks were very disruptive. Room was subpar with definite need for a remodel. Rude condescending management have no business working in customer service. NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL!

Bed was so comfortable and ac was nice and cold property was pet friendly and handicap accessible
