It's what you should expect for the price. We just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean, which was the most important thing for us. Our non-smoking room had a twinge of a cigarette smell, but not too bad. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, ...
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bathrooms had been updated and were nice, everything worked. The room itself was very dark and in need of a more modern look.
It was a nice stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms. They did not have a shuttle from airport but they arranged a cab ride to and from the hotel and paid for it. Everything was as described on the listing. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.
I rated "yes" to recommendation for your hotel because it is somewhat affordable and close to airport. However, our room was sparse to say the least. Not enough hooks in bathroom to accommodate robes, towels, etc. Also, there were no dresser drawers to place clothing, not enough clothes hangers, ...
When we got to the hotel, the young lady at the desk was in the middle of helping someone on the phone. She didn't look at us or in any way acknowledge our presence. When she was done on the phone she hung up and started making keys for someone, there were no other customers at the desk at that time. ...

It's what you should expect for the price. We just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean, which was the most important thing for us. Our non-smoking room had a twinge of a cigarette smell, but not too bad. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and also, we had reserved a room for 4 people, but there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. The internet worked fine, until all of a sudden it cut out on us, and when we tried to get back on, it now required a password. We tried to call the front desk, but realized our in-room phone did not work. Used our personal phone to look up the phone number and called the front desk. The man who picked up said they had just added a password, gave it to us, and then hung up on us. The continental breakfast was fine, except the lady working there followed us around, and told us not to touch certain things. Overall it was okay for the price.
I was on a road trip to move from TX to NY permanently for a new job, and we booked the hotels along the way, usually around 5pm everyday depending on how far we could make it that day. After experiencing 3 different systems, Red Roof became our default choice. Booking on orbitz was super easy, price was competitive, all we did upon arrival was to get the key and go for bed.
Only down side the bed really felt like a full instead of a queen. Hotel smelled like they cleaned with bleach products def. Plus. Greeted everytime felt really comfortable. Housekeeping 2 thumbs up those ladies really impressed me they didnt skip on the cleaning detail. This hotel is located by many places to dine. I am referring them to family & friends. I will come back again. Thank you for making my trip spectacular
Made reservations the same day before arrival. Convenient location with a good breakfast buffet. I plan to used this hotel again.
