We noticed the room we were in had what appeared to be a leak in the bathroom. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance immediately. They moved us to another room right away. The staff was very pleasant.
Older hotel. Bureau drawer in our room was broken. Finally able to get it to stay in and just didn't use that drawer. Quiet location, close to good restaurants. Could have been more diligent about vacuuming in the hallways, especially outside the laundry room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ...
Very accommodating. I had to make changes to my stay because my time in town was fluid and they were willing to adjust my stay. The room was well kept each day and breakfast was not bad either. The hotel is centrally located to everything, very close to the airport and downtown. There are also restaurants ...
Hotel was nice. Inexpensive which was good, beds were comfy and the pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was nothing special. Bacon was burnt, eggs were cold and chewy. They had really good coffee though which I appreciate! It was close to everything which was good. Overall I’d stay again!
comfortable, staff very nice! breakfast was typical of more expensive hotels, they had a pipe break and had some flooding in the hall and lobby, so wet carpets, the bed was a bit hard. But over all good location, quiet clean. Would stay again!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable! The breakfast was fantastic, although the advertising is a little misleading because you do have to pay for the eggs for breakfast, which isn't stated on the website. I don't mind paying at all, it's the fact that what's advertised is not what's given. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this beautiful inn to friends and colleagues. My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time and hated to leave.
Room was nice for an overnight trip. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, however.
Ok stay Problems were I wasn't able to rebook the Hotel room at the last moment after staying on the property for 3 days During an emergency family situation Customer service for orbit was not able to assiste
The hotel is conviniently located and its room appearance are well kept. Room view is strange if you are looking to the parking side. The L shape building allows other rooms to see in to yours. When I reserved the room I ask for a different location but they disregard my request. The breakfast was not that good I would rather eat breakfast somewhere else. It’s a good hotel overall!
