Worst stay I ever had got bitten up by bed bugs! Rude customer service at the motel! Big hole in the floor! I feel like I should get a full refund!

That place needs to be shut down that's all I can say about that

I need a refund. They sold my original room an gave me another room. No chairs in room. Air conditioner poor. I paid 205 for two nights plus 50 deposit. That is a Motel not hotel. Alot of drug user around an prostitutes I need a refund

This hotel is just not the same as it was a few yrs ago, trash all around the building. Rooms cot cleaned correctly, people just Loitering, it was a disaster. But I guess you get what you paid for.......

The only good thing about this stay was the price and the proximity to the concert venue. The hotel was very dirty outside and the doors to get in (like the side doors etc) didn’t even require your key card. They were just unlocked. The vending machines were all broken, the window in my room was shattered, and the door was busted to the bathroom. It looked nothing like the photos of the rooms that were on the website. The bed did appear clean at least but it squeaked anytime you moved and was very uncomfortable. If we hadn’t already paid, we wouldn’t have stayed.

I felt like I was walking into a crack house. My daughter refused to change out of her clothes, and none of us took our shoes off when we walked around the room.

The rooms look absolutely nothing like the picture online. The front desk is a room behind a glass window. I felt like I was checking into some type of “hourly” hotel. Soda machine was broke. There is no ice machine. The continental breakfast is two types of cereal with only 1 table to sit for, for the entire hotel. There was only 1 towel provided and two bottles of shampoo, no conditioner. Overall I’m happy that we had an uneventful stay there because it seemed like the kind of place where shady things are possible. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and courteous so at least there was that.

Check in was at 3pm. Arrived about 3:30 and was told the room was not ready. Finally got checked in about 4:15pm and the room was a disaster. The window was literally busted and the bathroom door had a huge whole in it from what appeared to be a fist.

Dirty bedsheet and blankets that make me itchy all days Noisy, unfriendly, quarreling staff

Human feces inside back door. No towels, 1st room given was trashed, The hotel had no extra towels, or blankets. I really feel a reimbersement is in order, and the owners should be ashamed

There were warning signs before we even got to our room. When we went to use our key card to get into the building a lady told us its ok they never lock it. Then the hallways smelt like marijuana. I had reserved a non smoking room and when we got to the door it looked like the non smoking sign that was on all the other doors was rippes off. When we got inside there was an ashtray in the room. There was also a burn stain in the ceiling, half of the curtain was ripped off and the lamp shade had been knocked off the lamp. There was also white powder on the floor. We were afraid to use the shower or even the water to brush our teeth so i cant comment on those ammenities. There was supposedly an included breakfast but when we went to check out it looked like it was just a waffle maker sitting on a counter - i do not know if it even worked. If we werent pressed for time i would have tried to get a different room but when we got home from our concert we just stayed fully clothed and layed on top of the blankets, scared of what may be under them. There were people coming and going all night. At one point a lady was screaming. I dont even want to know what goes on at this hotel, but i habe no idea how it has so many good ratings and i would never recommend anyone stay here.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Trash everywhere, unusual guest activities. Couldnt change my reservation fast enough. Do not stay here.

Room was being used as a storeroom. Lights were not working except bathroom. No ice bucket. Sink was missing stopper.

It was nasty and stunk. Alot of sketchy characters hanging around. We didn't even stay there, we went to another hotel. You need to take this off your list of hotels. It would be great of y'all refunded my money!!
