Went to North Carolina for theFurniture Market. Normally most of these hotels are run down $50 a nite places that charge triple , but in the case I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied ! Except one day we’re they forgot to clean my room :))))), but all in all the breakfast mini buffet was a great perk and the rooms were very comfy. Will definitely stay there again .

Staff was fantastic and friendly. Had to hunt for the closet because everything is squeezed into the room, but very clean and comfy. Walls are paper thin- can hear every convo walking in hallway. Breakfast buffet very disappointing, only sausage links-no bacon? Toast was the best item (very sad). Staff had a hard time keeping buffet food and plates, etc. stocked. Will likely stay elsewhere next trip.

It was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly. It was clean. There was some remodeling that took place you could tell by the patches in the drywall and stuff. It was a good stay. My only complaint was that the sheets were very "starchy" for lack of a better word. They felt like they were scratching my skin when I would roll over.

Overall a good place to stay while on travel. The area surrounding the hotel is great with plenty of things to do. The hotel offers a good breakfast to start your day off. The staff are courteous. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

the staff is great. the only issue is that you can not see the tv while working at the desk. the tv needs to be on an extendable and rotating bracket. the front desk staff is the best that i've seen. very accommodating.

I stayed there during a cold snap in mid December. It's a beautiful hotel. Not luxurious, but really nice. But the room heater was exceptionally loud, making sleeping difficult. To be clear, it was around 20 degrees out, so I imagine that this doesn't come up much. But it made the stay unpleasant. The staff promised that it would be fixed, but that was too late to help me.

Nice hotel, nice location with lots of restaurants, gas station especially for travelers. We stayed there on thanksgiving week, breakfast was okay but no napkins and ended too early around 9:00 am on weekdays, should be at least till 10:00 am especially when you're traveling is hard to get up that early when you haven't slept..

We came to NC for furniture shopping. This is my second time staying at a Hyatt Place and it didn't disappoint. Every employee was so kind and accommodating. The BIG breakfast is almost like a buffet. It's the reason we chose to stay @ Hyatt Place again. They don't serve your typical continental breakfast that most hotel chains have. The hotel was very clean and quiet. They do allow pets which I thought was interesting being how clean the place was. The gym is basic but i was able to work with it.

I called the hotel before I made the reservations to make sure we did not have to be booked on a high floor due to my husband's vertigo and elevator rides. I was told we would be on the 3rd floor. The lobby desk was understaffed with one person checking people in and being the bartender at the same time. The day we arrived we were booked on the 6th floor and I said we were to be on the 3rd floor. They gave us a room and the air conditioner didn't work. We moved and about 11:30 pm someone used a card key to try to access the room. The hotel never changed our room. The air conditioner didn't work much better and the entire stay was uncomfortable. Other random issues, our card keys didn't work and we were constantly having to go down to the lobby and get them re-keyed.

Clean, friendly staff, nice double room. Close to freeway and many restaurants.

The space was great. We had a lounge suite and tv area that made the room feel more like a suite.

Courtesy shampoo/conditioner half full. Seat in shower moldy. Floor dirty. Drinking glasses dusty and smears.

This is a very nice hotel. It is very clean and has up to date furniture. The breakfast is above average. Staff is friendly and caring. We loved it!

The heater is so loud it wakes you up in the middle of the night, while watching TV you have to have it up loud because the heater in the room above you is loud through the floor. I don't feel that it is worth the money I paid, I am glad I didn't pay full price for my stay

While traveling through NC with our daughter doing college tours, we had occasion to stay in Greensboro. Hyatt Place was convenient to everything and reasonably priced, with well-appointed rooms and great amenities, including free wifi and buffet breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming; we appreciated the warm greeting after many hours of travel. We would absolutely choose Hyatt Place again if traveling in the Greensboro area!

great hotel...clean and quiet. comfortable. will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous stay. The staff was incredible and extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next year for our business Vincent

Was staying here for a business trip easy location from the airport, plenty of dining options close by. Although the hotel was under going renovations and was noisy at times during the day, it didn't bother me. The comfortable room and outdoor pool for the late afternoon and evening was great. The evening staff was OUTSTANDING, friendly and conversational. Would definitely return.

nice spacious rooms, my biggest issue would be that as spacious as the suites were, the bathroom shower/toilet area is very small.

Our room was comfortable, especially the "living room" area however, the bathroom was uncomfortably small. The convenience of order & pick up food was most helpful, but the second day's breakfast was not up to the day before. The staff was friendly & helpful, even opening our wine.
