Nice property. However a bad dinner experience ruined our entire trip. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8:30PM in celebration of a recent award. We ordered appetizers and then took the server recommendation and ordered the Wagyu for two. After waiting an hour, we asked for an update on our food and was told it was coming. Another 30 minutes later the food arrived at 10PM. The meat was prepared at the wrong temperature and it looked as if the food was just slopped on the plate. After calling the manager she apologized and said we didn’t have to pay for it which surprised me because we didn’t even eat it and sent it back. I asked to just do room service since it was late already but they said they couldn’t. I ended up going to the front desk and explained our dissatisfaction and they recommended another restaurant down the road. We left to go find a restaurant but everything was closing. We returned back to the hotel and we’re finally able to get someone to agree for room service. Almost another 30 to 45 minutes later they showed up with food and required a signature. I asked why i needed to sign and she said to show i received the food. Being annoyed already (and hungry) I refused to sign and they refused to leave the food. Horrible customer service. No empathy. We woke up early and couldn’t wait to leave.

The climate controlled pool was colder than the Gulf in December.

There was nothing that we did not like, this was heaven on earth, beautiful resort with a ton of things to do. We love the private area of the beach and it was just an overall great experience. All of the staff was very helpful....every single one of them, they did a fantastic job.!!!! Thank you very much

Nice rooms. Loved the large pool. Staff did not always answer the phone or respond to emails. Called for room service never did get my food. Emailed manager regarding a request. No response. Lovely place but mediocre customer service.

This hotel is fantastic. It is a destination in itself. What a great surprise. Also good value.

Clean and amazing place. The staff waits of you like a king. They have a security guard that wakes you up while you nap to look for arm band.

The property was beautiful! It was a relaxing and clean. It was a perfect family get away and the resort is very kid friendly. They had a movie by the pool almost nightly and activities like musical chairs and giant Jenga for the kids. They brought out some pool noodles and wake boards for the pool, but I’d still bring some of your own toys and water entertainment. There was also a kids club (but I can’t attest to how it is because the kids have to be at least 5 and we have a toddler). I wish non-motorized water sports like kayaking was included but the beach and pool are so beautiful it was fine. My only complaint about the resort really was all the daily fees- resort fee, a state and local tax and valet came to about $100/day.

Gracious and attentive staff. Great amenities. Wonderful food. Love this place!
