Good facilities and for the price, lots of features to like about this. One note: it’s noisy. You’ll hear every elevator up and down and traffic. But the pool is nice, there are some walkable restaurants.

It is modern interior design. Beautiful and newly opened so spotless. It is on a jutting point of property on intercoastal water and a gorgeous setting. Only negative is pool and hot tub seem to be in shade the whole day. They have bikes and helmets you can borrow. They have colored beach towels in room for pool and hot tub use. They have One cup Kuerig with coffees and creamers. We loved it!
Location could be great, and the rooms themselves have great potential. The overall experience left me quite underwhelmed. Staff was mediocre at best, restaurant was out of most everything on the menu, ONE set of bath towels in each bathroom (for a two bedroom unit that has three beds and a pull out sofa and no additional linens (blankets, pillows, etc). Only four plates, bowls and coffee cups. No dish drying rack or towel. No tissues in the bathrooms. The furniture is sparse and very uncomfortable, although the beds were comfortable. Street noise was more than anticipated. It was just ok, Very sterile and not cozy, as if hanging out in a medical type waiting room. No materials in the rooms about hotel amenities, local navigation or even channels on tvs. Again, I think there is potential, but this doesn't feel like they were really ready to be open and welcome guests yet.
Love that this hotel offers spacious rooms, two bathrooms in each one is a huge plus! And full kitchens! Great fire pits, nice hot tub, only complaint is the hot tub could have been a slight bit warmer. Beautiful pool. Nice rooftop bar. Overall it’s a great place to stay! I love that it’s a smaller facility and that it’s on the intercoastal water as opposed to the Gulf. We will be excited when they get the boat slips done and we can visit them via the water
I love the waterfront and the bridge view. It’s a very beautiful place inside and outside.
With the building facing North and with the pool in the back thus South side, the building blocks the sun for the pool. This is great if you prefer shade but disappointing if you prefer spending time in the pool and hot tub in the sun. Very contemporary resort and we very much enjoyed are stay.
The property is newly completed and the rooms are beautiful. The pool and hot tub are great. The pool gets very little sun so if you are looking for a tan you will need to go to the beach.
I love the location, staff and amenities, but it rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear every time the person(s) staying in the unit above me pulled a chair out to sit down at the table or kitchen bar, and the street noise was louder than I expected.
Friendly staff. Beautiful views in every room. We loved having the use of a full kitchen.
