Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes. The front desk lady didn’t have a name tag so I couldn’t addressed her properly. She didn’t have good communication skills. Richard was awesome he had to take over and helped her. Other than that was a great clean place to stay.

Stay was great. Check in and parking was not.
Everything durring the stay after checkin was great. However we were notified at check-in that the restaurant and bar was not open due to a private event. This also affected parking. It took over 2 hours to park and we had to pay for temporary parking until we were able to hustle and get a spot waiting for someone to leave.

Not worth the money.
Really didn’t look like it did in the photos, no rooftop bar, bid a horrible and the creek all the time, doors creek when you close them, phone in the room you had to hold the wire certain way to get it dialed home, main door does not close unless you pull it close toilet, kip, clogging, drains in the sink don’t drain fast enough so your spit and when you shave your hair is inside the sink, pool closes at nine, restaurants hours are like 12 to 4, and sometimes they don’t even open definitely will not stay here again, and I would probably tell everybody else to find a different option

A 3 night stay at Fusion resort to celebrate my birthday was just what I needed. I felt so comfortable from the moment I stepped in the room. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. My only issue with the room is the shower. The water felt great but the water pressure was really low. The view was perfect. Check in was easy Diane was so nice and super helpful. The food was decent, Kevin at the vibes restaurant was super nice. Once everyone knew I was celebrating my birthday we received extra special treatment from the staff. I'm giving a 5 star review because my overall stay was excellent. I would have like to seen more food options on the menu. Also I would have like to have a breakfast menu although the rooms come with a full kitchen cooking on vacation was not a part of my plans. I would definitely stay here again.

First time staying here and couldn’t be more happy. Staff were great, the room was amazing, and the pool and spa area were exceptional. Only complaint I have is the restaurant. We thought we would give it a try one night and it was very disappointing. My rating would be 4.5 for that reason only. Also EVERYTHING is within walking distance. Beach, grocery store, restaurants. Rented a car and didn’t use it one time besides coming from airport. Also the beach is amazing….right there with siesta key. If Fusion gets the restaurant up to par this place would be the best resort around.

We enjoyed staying at Fusion. The peaceful view of the bay made for a beautiful start and end of each vacation day. A precious reviewer stayed the pool heater was broken… I called the resort to check and they said it was working again. However, it was not. With that being said, I find the resort fee a bit silly, but all in all we really enjoyed our time and the hotel does offer some nice amenities like fire pits and bicycles.
