Nice location, great beach, very clean rooms, will be really nice after all the renovation is complete. Just a lot of building work being done and the room we were in was dated so it is understandable that the hotel is being renovated. Sirata should disclose that the hotel is under renovation.

The pools restaurants and grounds were good but every day I had to call 5 to 6×4 room service our keys kept breaking. They had to replace the entire lock system. Then the key still continue to break. Spent up to five hours of our vacation waiting for room service waiting for maintenance. The TV went out for four hours. We were treated like garbage except by one person. I’m trying to file a claim on here but so far having no luck.

Had to call 5 to 6 times daily for room service garbage overflowing room service never came till 6 PM or after after all my calls

Upon checking in this is what bathtub look like filth and bugs

This was the sagging filthy ripped up, fold out couch that was supposed to be an extra bed for my eight year-old grandson. Of course we had to sleep together in the other bed.

Garbage outside elevator inside elevator had smashed food and garbage. They didn’t clean it until we complained repeatedly.

Main restaurant was closed. Rum runners and Harry’s have the exact same menu and all the food is actually terrible, tried so many menu items. Rooms in Building 4 are all in different states of disrepair, from flickering balcony lights to clogged drains and floors that will turn your socks black in 10 steps. Everything closed hours before the advertised time, couldn’t even get mid food at Harry’s after 3 on a weekday or even a drink after 4. Definitely should have gone to the tradewinds next door instead.

I chose ocean view but unfortunately was horrible experience, dirty and ripped furniture and cockroaches, I am very disappointed, I will not recommend Sirata resort to anyone.
