No closet and minimal drawer space in the second bedroom would have been helpful information ahead of time and the place could have been much cleaner upon arrival. Overall, we had a good stay.

Nice spot right on the beach!

Our family was in town to visit other relatives that live just a few doors down. It was a great stay! Very clean and the balcony is nice and large. Just steps and you're on the beach. Only note is that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

Beautiful condo. Perfect for our short stay. Gulf front. Great views. Dedicated parking spot was a bit tough to navigate with a large truck. But we managed.

Unit could use some updates, especially the rug in the living room and the bed comforters. The unit was relatively clean, but could use a better sweeping and the sheets on one of the beds needed to be washed. The second bedroom does not have a usable closet or dresser drawers so needed to use a hall closet to hang everything. The water pressure in the hall bathroom is very light, and the ceiling above this shower looks like there is a leak coming from above.Overall though, the apartment is a great location, the view in this unit is spectacular with nice furniture on the balcony. The management office was very responsive as was the maintenance crew. Nice, private pool on premesis and it was never crowded.I would stay at this location again, but might look for a different unit.

Pros: Easy to access room without using the elevator, clean pool, great views from the patio, wonderful section of the beach, a couple of beach bars within walking distance, quiet and fairly well-maintained property, 3 sets of patio furnitureCons: Several dirty pans were left in the over in the oven and the top shelf of the refrigerator was covered in water when we checked in, and a spare cooler in the closet was filled with water when we checked-on...several minor attention to detail issues like that.

Beach beach 🏝️ beach vacation

We love love love the Visitas best place ever!!!! Second time staying and we will be back :) This condo could use a new dishwasher for sure! The blinds in master bedroom are missing a piece which causes sun to shine in, but worse of all you can’t get dress in your room without worrying about weather someone will see you out on the balcony even if it is family….

Week at the beach

The property is in a great location. The balcony overlooks the beach. The property manager was very responsive. The interior is a little tired. Per some earlier reviews, the sheets are very old and need replacing, the sofa also is way past its best. Otherwise, this property makes for a wonderful week at the beach.
