Fun place, stuff to do for the kids, loved the s’mores nights.

Needs to be updated. Rooms outdated, closet doors crummy, AC went out twice, elevators are old and skipped floors, housekeeping didn’t clean every day (they claim COVID, but that’s old considering they don’t wear masks anymore)

The beach was great. Room was in need of some updating. Overall a very nice hotel but would probably try their sister hotel, RumFish, next time for a more low key stay.

Everything was great. Everyone was friendly and the pools and beach were just what the family needed. Slide, s’mores on the beach, pirate show, live music, and delicious food made for a very nice getaway. We even saw dolphins and a manatee while swimming in the ocean!

Amenities

They never cleaned the room the whole time we stayed not even the every 4th day and we had to go and get supplies even after we called. We ask the on house keeping staff to empty the trash and she states there is a trash bin outside our door by the elevator. Only about 1/2 the staff wore masks and out of those most didn’t wear them properly

Lots of things for the kids to do, but room accommodations were disappointing. We had to call the front desk several times for room issues. For the amount we paid, I would have expected more for the room accommodations.

The grounds were a bit rundown and the facility seemed very understaffed prices were extremely high felt like they were gouging any customers they could get Be aware of Hidden fee upon check out We did have beautiful weather and the beach is one of the nicest I’ve been to

The room was dirty and when asked about it being cleaned we were told, sorry but Covid and was handed a broom. Forget about when you needed fresh towels. The food that was served was mainly frozen deep fried crap that you pay a premium price for. I mean a price as if you were paying for a filet mignon in a top steak house. The water apparatus was never put up and when we inquired we were told it has everything to do with wind, waves and water temperature. Three days in a row it was mid 70's, no wind, the water looked like glass and the water temperature was 69-70 degrees. There was a one man/woman band by the Tiki Bar at night who stopped at 9 o'clock every night while the place was packed and the bar was still open for many more hours. Forget about the bathroom outside. One bathroom by the Tiki Bar that had 1 urinal & 1 toilet bowl but had 3 changing rooms (that were never used) and a shower. The bathroom is like a 1/2 mile from where you sit on the beach and isn't a fun walk. One time as i walked in there was looked like a homeless guy washing up in there. Fully clothed washing his long black hair in the sink after he dumped clumps of his hair in the toilet bowl. He also was kind enough to leave on the floor that didn't get cleaned up for days. The beach is beautiful, stay somewhere else on the strip.

The property was very clean and the staff was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is there are only 2 hot tubs which are located by the kids pool and they were filled with small kids. We had cooler weather and it was impossible for us to enjoy them.

The room was clean. The amenities were very limited. I had called before booking and was told everything was operational, so a little disappointed upon arrival. Felt like I should have gone with another beachfront hotel at a cheaper rate.

Parking was the only concern and that wasn’t much of an issue.

Very clean and they are following the CDC recommendations. Nice staff and good amenities for all ages.

Nice property, plenty of amenities, a bit overpriced. Not at all happy about being harassed at the door about wearing a mask but the no smoking policy around the pool wasn’t enforced at all

From the bellman to the waitstaff, Tradewinds is a traveler’s dream. They literally came to the parking lot to help with our bags and get us settled in our room. They also did the same when we left and loaded our car. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. This hotel has it all! You never have to leave. Beautiful beach and pool. Indoor and outdoor bars. Live entertainment. Wonderful food available onsite. It is a little pricey but totally worth it if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. We plan on coming back for a girls reunion!

I loved every single part of my vacation with them and I for sure will be booking again this summer .. they have everything you need on the property. And it’s in a perfect location to just get away and let go.. front desk was amazing from the point of check in to checking out .. 5 stars for sure .

The property is clean with numerous dining options which is fantastic. Staff is f
