No pool service, restaurant and bars closed at 10. Facility seemed old and run down.

Nice

Just an ok hotel. Needs and upgrade and cleaning. Location is excellent and beach is nice- but it’s dated and service is fairly flow.

We enjoyed the restaurants and location. There were many activities for the kids to partake in as well. The beach cabanas we’re great to lounge in. The kids were busy the whole time with activities and very friendly staff. The property is very dated. The bathrooms have rust all over. Our bathroom had condensation dripping so bad it puddles up on the bathroom floor. The hotel is just very old and a little deceiving from the photos for the price.

We liked all the amenities for the kids we didnt like how it was difficult to find the designated smoking areas for people that visited us and when we did they were in high traffic areas it would have been nice if these were marked better maybe instead of white dispensers maybe red or a different color and maybe put in or near the parking lot in less high traffic areas

This property was not clean. I paid a Four Seasons price for a Motel 6 stay. There were roaches in our room and it was very outdated.

Don’t come here for a luxury break but it was good for us with young kids as you didn’t feel like you had to keep them on a leash. Staff were very kind to us but the property was definitely in need of tlc. Beach was beautiful and overall we had a great vacation.

1. The woman’s bathroom by the pool was out of service and when I went around the bend to bring my daughter to use the one nearest by the Salty Tiki bar I ran into vomit covered with a towel inside the entire shower. When I asked the bartender to call to have it cleaned he said he would call. I went back two hours later it was still there. I mentioned this to member services and they didn’t apologize and said I should’ve contacted cleaning services. As far as I’m concerned they are all staffed and employed and should care about their facility. 2. I hadn’t had my room cleaned in three days and called housekeeping to come bring basic necessities like towels and toilet paper and they never came to bring it. I brought this to member services and was told to go to registration. I was told that due to Covid they only service the room every three days and to call for what I needed - which I had and the request was never fulfilled until I approached front desk. The attendant handed me the towels and toilet paper at which point I asked to have it sent to the room rather than me walkthrough the reset with towels and toilet paper in hand. He then asked for a list of what I needed which was later sent to my room. 3. The rail by the hot tub was broken and dangerous liability. 4. There was no free shuttle back and forth to airport. 5. After bringing up these issues to member services/front desk I was told there was nothing that could be done and it was bc they were understaffed.

Fun place, stuff to do for the kids, loved the s’mores nights.

Needs to be updated. Rooms outdated, closet doors crummy, AC went out twice, elevators are old and skipped floors, housekeeping didn’t clean every day (they claim COVID, but that’s old considering they don’t wear masks anymore)

The beach was great. Room was in need of some updating. Overall a very nice hotel but would probably try their sister hotel, RumFish, next time for a more low key stay.

Everything was great. Everyone was friendly and the pools and beach were just what the family needed. Slide, s’mores on the beach, pirate show, live music, and delicious food made for a very nice getaway. We even saw dolphins and a manatee while swimming in the ocean!

Amenities

They never cleaned the room the whole time we stayed not even the every 4th day and we had to go and get supplies even after we called. We ask the on house keeping staff to empty the trash and she states there is a trash bin outside our door by the elevator. Only about 1/2 the staff wore masks and out of those most didn’t wear them properly

Lots of things for the kids to do, but room accommodations were disappointing. We had to call the front desk several times for room issues. For the amount we paid, I would have expected more for the room accommodations.

The grounds were a bit rundown and the facility seemed very understaffed prices were extremely high felt like they were gouging any customers they could get Be aware of Hidden fee upon check out We did have beautiful weather and the beach is one of the nicest I’ve been to

The room was dirty and when asked about it being cleaned we were told, sorry but Covid and was handed a broom. Forget about when you needed fresh towels. The food that was served was mainly frozen deep fried crap that you pay a premium price for. I mean a price as if you were paying for a filet mignon in a top steak house. The water apparatus was never put up and when we inquired we were told it has everything to do with wind, waves and water temperature. Three days in a row it was mid 70's, no wind, the water looked like glass and the water temperature was 69-70 degrees. There was a one man/woman band by the Tiki Bar at night who stopped at 9 o'clock every night while the place was packed and the bar was still open for many more hours. Forget about the bathroom outside. One bathroom by the Tiki Bar that had 1 urinal & 1 toilet bowl but had 3 changing rooms (that were never used) and a shower. The bathroom is like a 1/2 mile from where you sit on the beach and isn't a fun walk. One time as i walked in there was looked like a homeless guy washing up in there. Fully clothed washing his long black hair in the sink after he dumped clumps of his hair in the toilet bowl. He also was kind enough to leave on the floor that didn't get cleaned up for days. The beach is beautiful, stay somewhere else on the strip.

The property was very clean and the staff was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint is there are only 2 hot tubs which are located by the kids pool and they were filled with small kids. We had cooler weather and it was impossible for us to enjoy them.

After check-in was sent to another desk for a parking pass where they pitched a time share. One parking pass is free. Beyond that it’s $25/day. Was not disclosed prior to reservation neither was the timeshare. Buildings tired and need of some repair and fresh paint. Housekeeping didn’t show up til 5pm Expensive for what you get.
