Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

room 942? was cold in the middle room / they moved us 1 floor up + across the AC wknd, it was the heat that didn't click on in the other room. Other than that, that item is probably fixed by now, great location, Turn right- walk 12 minutes to to the Intra coastal hwy bridge area. Found a unique doughnut place + several breakfast places. From left out of the hotel, tone of retail / food places / and other essentials. This Hyatt has a large staff of front desk personnel + several concierge rotating all the time.

Great place but needs a better restaurant. Too expensive and hard to get into

Phenomenal staff, furniture needs updating! Overall stay was incredible!

Renovations were not a major inconvenience but I would like to have been given notification prior to booking. Tearing out a tile bathroom or kitchen floor two doors down kept our 1 year old from napping.

I was delighted with a glass of champagne at check in. It was part of the package I booked. The hotel lobby is lovely and the view to the gulf, extraordinary! With the exception of one day, my room was thoroughly cleaned. Food at the restaurant was very good. The servers were courteous, made suggestions and attended to my needs- well done! My only disappointment was with the pool. It is small and when I went, overtaken by dozens of kids splashing around. I wasn't able to enjoy it as I had planned.

I really enjoyed my stay. The white sand beach is beautiful.

Overall a good place to stay with family. Within walking distance to many places to eat and attractions to do.

Very welcoming and extremely accommodating to our family. Champagne on arrival and the valet parking was great. Little lax on the hotel cleaning services for the room. We had to ask for fresh towels or they would just fold the dirty ones on the floor day after day. Loved the pool area , although in the summer months , I think it could stay open a bit later than 10pm. Food at the pool was excellent and the staff was amazing!!

The hotel staff is so kind, helpful, and gracious. Every staff member we encountered asked us how our stay was going and made sure that we didn't need anything. My husband and I got married at this hotel and went back for our anniversary - every time we are there we always have a 5 star experience. The only complaint I heard from other guests were the resort fees, but if you read through the hotel posting it states them plain as day.

Really nice stay and big room the pool it was so good

The hotel does not have direct access to the beach as it advertise and it is not a resort but the staff is great and large rooms.

Over all a very nice staff and hotel. I would recommend.

Spacious, clean rooms that are a 2 minute walk from beautiful beaches!

Had to have refrigerator repaired because it was noisy and kept waking us up. Did not know about the daily resort fee of $25 which was a surprise. Food excellent.

Location is great, in front of gulf beach near to pier 60, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, things to do etc.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great room. Breakfast was very good. Overall experience was excellent. Will be back.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Perfect for our family of 6. Loved every minute of our stay. Pool or beach, both were great.

I had one bed room suite. It was excellent suite and it could easily accommodate six people. Kitchen was fully equipped and had two bathrooms. View from room was amazing. 8th Floor pool and 16th Fl rooftop was awesome. Perfect place to view sunset.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was good and the location is terrific. The views were amazing especially at sunset as the sun would seemingly melt into the Gulf of Mexico. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Clearwater Beach.

The Hyatt was not our first choice when booking this trip, but they really exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with our stay. Every person we encountered who worked at the hotel was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Braulio at the front desk gave us a great suite with 2 balconies and complimentary champagne at check-in. The room was spacious and well appointed. The pool itself was a little underwhelming, but its elevated view out to the beach was pretty cool and our poolside server, Jeremy, was attentive and fun, which more than made up for the lack of tropical oasis ambiance. Even the lady who gave us our towels was super friendly. We ate at Shor, the hotel restaurant for breakfast each day, which had a nice menu with healthy options, and one night for dinner. The dinner menu was more limited than I had hoped, but our meals were tasty. Overall, a great stay that exceeded our expectations.
