Really nice stay and big room the pool it was so good

The hotel does not have direct access to the beach as it advertise and it is not a resort but the staff is great and large rooms.

Over all a very nice staff and hotel. I would recommend.

Spacious, clean rooms that are a 2 minute walk from beautiful beaches!

Had to have refrigerator repaired because it was noisy and kept waking us up. Did not know about the daily resort fee of $25 which was a surprise. Food excellent.

Location is great, in front of gulf beach near to pier 60, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, things to do etc.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great room. Breakfast was very good. Overall experience was excellent. Will be back.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Perfect for our family of 6. Loved every minute of our stay. Pool or beach, both were great.

I had one bed room suite. It was excellent suite and it could easily accommodate six people. Kitchen was fully equipped and had two bathrooms. View from room was amazing. 8th Floor pool and 16th Fl rooftop was awesome. Perfect place to view sunset.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was good and the location is terrific. The views were amazing especially at sunset as the sun would seemingly melt into the Gulf of Mexico. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Clearwater Beach.

The Hyatt was not our first choice when booking this trip, but they really exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with our stay. Every person we encountered who worked at the hotel was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Braulio at the front desk gave us a great suite with 2 balconies and complimentary champagne at check-in. The room was spacious and well appointed. The pool itself was a little underwhelming, but its elevated view out to the beach was pretty cool and our poolside server, Jeremy, was attentive and fun, which more than made up for the lack of tropical oasis ambiance. Even the lady who gave us our towels was super friendly. We ate at Shor, the hotel restaurant for breakfast each day, which had a nice menu with healthy options, and one night for dinner. The dinner menu was more limited than I had hoped, but our meals were tasty. Overall, a great stay that exceeded our expectations.

Paid for a king room with a water view 8 months in advance. Informed that doesn't always guarantee the room I paid for. Ended up settling for a queen with a partial water view. Had to pay $41.00 extra each day for parking and resort fees. There is a Wyndam Hotel going up next door and a Marriott behind. Hyatt will lose a lot of water views.

Hotel is great but the staff's attention/mind is sometimes somewhere else/absent... we had 2 rooms, stayed 10 days and traveled with 2 kids (2 & 5) and requested room cleaning before 11AM so the kids would not be disturbed during their afternoon nap and still had a clean room... however it took 3 requests to finally get it right. We also had 1 rental car for the whole group for only part of our stay, even though we clearly stated we had only 1 vehicle, each room was charged a parking fee so we ended up being charged twice (double)... The Shor restaurant offers (among many other great things) ice cream. We ordered 1 ice cream (which comes with 3 scoops) for our 5 yrld and when the check came, we were billed for 3 ice creams... We had an additional 3 more similar (billing) events during our stay... Most issues were solved right away (the incorrect charges) as soon as we pointed them out... which was great... but I couldn't help feel it was a little too coincidental (5 similar events in 10 days...)

location was perfect, food was out of this world, amenities were great, especially the roof top pool

Hotel was great - steps away from beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel was kid friendly with nice amenities. We appreciated the kitchenette and balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel seemed the nicest in the area. I would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful hotel with great service. The beach is amazing.

My husband and I had the best time! Everyone was so kind and helpfull. WE Will definitely be back. I loved the king suite we stayed in with the full kitchen.

This was an awesome hotel: great location, well kept facility, friendly staff and we had the best view in the whole place. Beach is just across the street, the cabanas and lounge chairs are perfect. We will definitely be back! If you had to ask what was the best feature of the hotel is that it was surprisingly very quiet and private feeling. We were very relaxed the whole stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. Clearwater was HOT! The hotel was very near the Pier and there are many activities on the beach for families on weekend evenings.

There is nothing bad about our stay, we were here 5 days and room- food -staff- Parking-Beach area- was the best we've already started planning to go back. Thank you
