Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, the pool and tiki bar were great. Only negative thing to say is they charged for parking which was not disclosed to me at time of booking.

This place was wonderful! I was so pleased with all of it. The beach, the pool, the service from Mike at coconut charlie, to the first desk supervisor Anthony doing his thing. I reserved through 3rd party (expedia), and when i needed changes done to the reservation, the front desk had no problem fixing it. Amazing place!

My angels watching over me

Anthony was so helpful and thoughtful, after a last-minute snafu with a Airbnb I had booked that was not what I had expected, I got this room last minute, and I was frazzled, thinking I had nowhere to stay after driving across the state of Florida, I was so relieved! My room was fabulous, the bed and pillows a dream, the room temp perfect, it's like they know my preferences!!

It was a great place for vacation. Nothing stood out as excellent. Average hotel. The beach was beautiful and we loved the cabanas. Charlie’s restaurant was ok. We ate there a few times but found a little restaurant across the street that was personable, friendly and the drinks and food were very reasonable!

Beach area is beautiful

The location was perfect. It was a nice room facing the Gulf and beautiful beach! The room was nice too. We were a bit upset with the cleanliness of the room. There was toothpaste in the sink and the floor was pretty dirty. We asked for a partial cleaning the next day but it looked the same. I still had a great time and the sunsets are amazing!!
