The staff was great and very helpful and attentive. The location of the property is also ideal and the beach was excellent. The pool was average but worked well enough for what we were looking for. We did have WiFi issues all week that were never resolved so that was annoying. The bathroom was also a little musty but other than that the room was good.

The rooms are more motel than resort. The property itself is **ON** the gorgeous white sandy beach. Great spot for family and kids. The rooms do not reflect the photos. The linens are dated. We got a room that "sleeps 6" and the pull out couch did not work. Tiny bathroom. The room did have a small kitchette. It had someone's leftover food in it. Water out of the tap for drinking was warm. It is advertised as resort but felt very much "young adult or teenager spring break". The beach is STUNNING. If your looking for on the white sand beach and you want to sleep 6 to a room for a great price this could be the one for you. Rooms just don't match the photos. Felt cheap.
If you’re looking for a family owned resort to stay at in Florida that’s affordable I HIGHLY recommend staying here! The staff was AMAZING! They remembered Me and Jaxtyn’s name and greeted us every day. They have a cool texting program that you can text them all day and into the evening if you need recommendations on things to do or restaurants or if you simply need more towels. They were beyond helpful and very quick to respond. The resort it’s self was amazing. It had a classic 1950s feel but it was well kept with fresh updates and it was always clean throughout the resort. What I liked best was you never had toLeave the resort to have fun The amenities were second to none for us. Plenty of seating, sun and shade. They had cute tiki huts outside the rooms. They had a nice clean pool with a dolphin water fountain with A tiki bar ! 🍹 There was even a place to grill out. The room were fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans, plates and silverware. So you can save a penny eating “at home”. They also have free mini golf, shuffle board, corn hole, ping pong table, Jenga, connect four, fooseball, and chess. The resort is right on the Gulf of Mexico so you can walk right to your private beach. Tons of lounging chairs and a volleyball area. The resort was perfectly located, you could walk to local restaurants very easily. They also have a total of 3 resorts (one is pet friendly) you can stay at one and play at all three!! We booked for next year!
Very nice, updated room, and well maintained. A lot packed into this tiny nostalgic resort. Great beach location and rivaled stays at bigger fancier resorts. Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic Mom and Pop Usually stay at 3 other hotels in this area. But decided last minute to hit the beach during a holiday weekend. Was hesitant staying at a motel. But, I gotta say...the staff and cleanliness were Great! While the amenities aren't the Don Cesar... they were abundant and instantly available. Communication before check out was great too. Asking us if I wanted to stay for sunset $69 and if another night $99. It was super tempting. Overall this was a great find.
Cute concept of 50’s. A little shabbier than chic. But the staff and customer service were exceptional. Lots of things to do for family entertainment.

This is a fun family oriented property. They have 2 sister properties and you can enjoy the facilities of all when staying. Beach property has good pool, pool bar, games, and can fish at docks on inlet side without a license. Modernized motel format and very attentive staff.

Good afternoon, Kenny. I am very sorry to hear that your stay with us did not live up to your expectations. We are very proud to be one of the last remaining family owned, "old Florida" feeling hotels remaining on St. Pete Beach. While our hotel was built in and themed to 1950's Florida, we can assure guests that our property and rooms are updated with modern amenities and are simply themed to give that old school cool vibe which so many of our guests adore. This is the first and only complaint that we have ever heard about mosquitos on our property, but rest assured, I will look more into that. Thank you for your feedback and have a great afternoon!
