Attended beach wedding nearby, hotel worked out great.

Our flight has us at the hotel hours before check in and the staff was so nice ask the cleaning crew to do our room ASAP. Erick and Sammie gave us recommendations for places to visit, eat, etc It's not the fanciest place in the world but it's clean and it has an amazing pool, beach access with free hammocks and chairs, beach games, and free happy hour 4-6 daily. We will 100% stay here next time we're in the area

Very good except they didn't keep the room we had reserved so had to make due. They did let us change rooms the next day. If they'd get better beds would give 5 star!

It was lovely. Great getaway on the beach with restaurants near bye. Amazing local restaurants.

We were needing a place for just one night to attend a nearby family function. It is a VERY basic, but clean, motel. It is old construction with an attempt to bring it to the 2000's. Has queen beds that were somewhat old and uncomfortable. Nice kitchenette and beautiful St Pete beachfront. If you aren't looking for frills and amenities, we recommend it.

We will definitely stay again in this place if we are ever again in florida! Loved everything about this hotel!!!

We came in for a long thanksgiving weekend. I was really nervous about staying on a beach hotel because of the partiers. This place was quiet. I have 4 children and two adults. Ranging from ages 4-17. Something for everyone. No pets in the building where we stayed. Our room was 121 you could hear the busy road but for the price it was no big deal. Our room had no ocean view. The pool was great. The kids spent most of their time there. It was nice to get a break and head to the beach. Nice to relax in the beach chairs and two hammocks. They have outdoor toys for the toddlers. My preschoolers had a blast. My teenagers loved sunning by the pool and chess. Staff was very friendly. The placed had a very outdated feel. Again for the price it was not a bad deal. We are cheap at chickfila and hungry howies. We walked to Walgreens for the supplies we forgot. We had a great boat ride to see some dolphins with dolphin racer (starlite cruise) which was 3 miles up the road from the hotel. I would come back and recommend to family and friends.

Great location, nice pool, good staff, good sized room & excellent bonuses like: morning coffee & sweets, free pouring happy hour where we met many other friendly guests, & a nice parting gift. The bonuses certainly added to the good value. The bathroom, though small, was clean & efficient. Liked the full sized frig. 2 burners & a microwave. Kitchen suited our purposes. Handy to good restaurants. This is not 5 star but a good, fun, value motel right on the sugar sand St. Pete's Beach.

Just everything you could want or need in a vacation. I have stayed at more than a dozen beachfront properties in St Pete but no more. This is my go to place from now on.

It's a small hotel, but nice, clean, and convenient. Good location. The staff were amazing.

loved it and would go back..... great location and try the seafood across the street

Advertised and purchased a Gulf view room .....you COULD see the gulf...out the side windows, thru the panes and screens and if you looked down the walk way. The couch had a hole in the fabric the size of a golf ball, managers reception consisted of a few beers and a bottle of wine in an office. The pool and Tiki bar were nice, but I expected something much more up to date. This is an aging MOTEL.

Advertised beach front view....beach was to the right of the hotel and the view was of the parking lot. Not impressed.

We had a great time and the hotel room was very good and the staff very nice and helpful in keeping up with us in having a great time. Thank you for a great time!

V. Nice hotel, need better wifi & better room service

This was a nice budget hotel. It was not as nice as some reviewers claimed. It is an older motel converted and renovated to be a 3 star hotel. It is clean, but lacks the luster of a higher rated hotel.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is right on the beach. They gave us dinner coupons and ideas for dinner. I have no complaints. We would stay there again.

Hotel has a great location. Walk right onto the beach. Friendly staff.

overall the location was excellent and the hotel was just ok, if the price was right I would stay there again but certainly not because of how incredible the hotel was.this is an older hotel that's in need of some serious updating the bathroom was not too good neither was the kitchen or sink area. but if you're looking for the cheapest possible way to stay on the beach in St Pete this is going to be one of your options, if you have a serious aversion to being around cigarette smoke you might want to think twice there's no smoking in the rooms but outside of every room is a table and an ashtray, so every time you walk out your door you're going to have to walk through a cloud of cancer to get to the beach.

Nice cozy hotel right along the beach with courteous staff. There are games and happy hour deals included at the hotel along with free delivery of a nearby chick fil-a easy access to nearby shops and stores. One of the better value hotels we have seen in the location. Would love to come back with the family or friends.
