The pool is small and not good for kids. Food options are very limited if you can’t get to a grocery store before you arrive. Due to red tide-which I know the resort can’t help- the beach was not very enjoyable and certainly didn’t hold our kids attention. If we had not been able to go to the other hotel, we would have been miserable

Pros- Service was good, access to the beach was great, clean pool decks. The staff were always around straightening up. The adult pool was relaxing Cons- the adult pool had no drink service or bar area even close. Had to walk through the kid zone around to the rear of the hotel to the crowded bar to get a drink. We had really loud neighbors screaming and yelling over several days and after 5 calls down to the front desk they finally were able to get security to quiet them down. At 1230am it was as if these people were in our room it was so loud. I wish they could have put a stop to it way sooner. We got stuck in a small corner room next door to the public bathrooms. We asked to be relocated as we booked 20 months in advance and they told us it would be an extra $100 per day over 7 days. The sink wouldn’t drain and there was a leak with water constantly collecting on the floor in the bathroom. There needs to be better food options. Nothing in the hotel was open for food after 4pm. The RumFish grill, we made reservations our first day for the only night we could get in on our last night there. It would be nice to have more options at a resort. Service was good, the place was clean. Overall it was a good experience. The beach was clean and well kept. I’d go back only if they make changes to accommodate their guests with more amenities.

Great resort everyone was soo nice will go back

From the moment we got out of the Uber at the resort the staff bent over backwards to make our stay memorable and special. Everyone from Sofia at the front desk to Rachel at the Sand Bar were so helpful and friendly. The ladies and gentlemen working in the restaurants were fantastic as well. Always a smile and a welcoming attitude. We will most definitely be back and just told a co worker who is booking a couples weekend in the fall. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!! Don and Milinda

right on the beach fish tank was amazing some of the staff were very sweet

The room smelled. Couldn’t get pool towels for over an hour and Cabanas were all reserved bc the hotel was overcrowded. The salesperson when we checked in would not stop trying to sell us a package for another stay. When you are there for vacation time, the last thing you want is someone delaying your leisure time. Rumfish wasn’t as good as usual. We had to ask the server 4 times for silverware including drinks.

We liked that it had an adult only pool. It’s in a great location friendly staff. Sade at front desk was accommodating. Seems short staffed but all of the hotels are due to covod

We enjoyed using both hotels. The family pool was very small based on the number of people. The outdoor area could use a little updating. Staff was accommodating to make our visit right. Check in was rough based on limited staff.

Beautiful property, the rooms were a little dated, the sraff in the lobby was great, the cleaning and maintenance not so great. I asked 4 people where i could get more trash liners and the response was i don't have any. I understand that during the pandemic they are not cleaning rooms but we asked regularly about where we could take our garbage and get liners and never got an answer

The RumFish Resort is CLOSED... They are moving reservations to TradeWinds Island Grand Resort.

We enjoyed being able to use the amenities at both Trade winds resorts. The staff were all pleasant, and hard working. We enjoyed the outdoor music daily as well!

Amazing staff!!!! Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. So many things to do and restaurants to eat at, at the resort. You wouldn’t even have to leave. Everything was clean, the rooms were a bit small and could use updated but we were very happy overall with our stay.

The sheets in the room had what looked like blood stains and they were not changed the whole stay and a dead bug was smashed on the bathroom wall as well as the toilet had a broken part. The room next to ours had very loud people til at least two in the morning several nights

Staff was awesome. Super friendly loved all the amenity options.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean restaurant, clean pool area, great cabanas on the beach. We got great suite ocean view with balcony upgrade with discount. Property needs some upgrades-in the bathroom, living room needs new furniture. If you are offering kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, would be nice to have some dishes-plates, silver ware.
