I love it

The property is gorgeous! Probably one of the best hotels in Clearwater Beach. Great service! Delicious food! I love that they include beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella with your stay (under the resort fee). Their beach is cleaner than other hotels on the same street. Very close to restaurants and bars.

Hotel is new, everything is modern and in style. 5 stars!!!! But the service doesn’t match 5 stars hotel. Most towels for the swimming pool were over used! When you pay $450 per night I think you deserve nice fluffy towel. Another negative thing that I noticed is the service. It looks like the staff wasn’t trained properly which tells me about weak management. Before Clearwater we stayed at the same Wyndham in Orlando. Everything matched: they didn’t have these weak spots as towels and service. I hope Clearwater location will fix it and will never forget that the purpose of hotel business: make people happy and want to come back.

My husband and I loved everything about this property! The pool was great, restaurants on site were fabulous and a very clean facility, it was our first trip in about a year so we were a little nervous but the hotel was so clean! I would definitely go back again.

This is our 4th time staying here and most likely the last. Showed up 4:00 on 4/17 the room was not ready. The price keeps going up with little or no service tried to call the front desk 12 times on 4/18 to get some toilet paper no answer went to the desk was told they would bring some as well as some clean towels 2.5 hours later it showed up. Over price breakfast 62.00 for my wife and I 89.00 for 6 drinks

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The water dispenser on our floor didn’t work. The ice machine on the floor above us didn’t work. We got sucked into a “time share” meeting and they were telling us how it was $800 a night to stay there. I didn’t pay nearly that much. This is definitely not an $800 a night hotel. I paid about $150 a night which I think is the correct price for this hotel. It’s nothing special. We got massages which were completely overpriced. Overall, it’s a nice, friendly, clean hotel. I’d stay again, but only if I was paying $150 a night again.

Very happy with stay at hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Clean. Bartender & waitress by pool great. If I had to make one suggestion would just be a little more shellfish dishes added to menus at restaurant & barside pool menu. Otherwise great stay would definitely come back.

It was not what was described or photoed online. Our room was the size of a dorm room and no balcony. Management said it was because we booked through a third party(Orbitz). Also not willing to switch rooms. Every time we turned we were dishing out more money. 35 dollars a day for resort fee, 25 dollars a day for parking, Cabanas 10 dollars daily rental fee, rooms were not cleaned daily and you had to beg for a bottle of water. 18 dollars for a drink. To top it off our welcome packet had the coupons clipped out of it! The lobby floors were cleaned often. But not once did i see any employee clean a door handle, elevator button or high traffic area. Not impressed at all, for the money we spent. We will not be returning.

Great place, hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly. They are very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also quiet at night time. Highly recommend this hotel for families or just adults.

Enjoyed views, location, pool...comphy beds and awesome shower

We got in early and before check in time but the front desk are extremely accommodating and got us a higher floor room right away. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the gulf and marina. The pool is on the smaller side and quiet busy so you have to get there early. The gorgeous white sand beaches are a walk across the street. If you want an umbrella(included in resort fee) or Cabana($10 upcharge) you have to get there around 8am to get a good one. We ate at Ocean Hai for dinner and the sushi was to die for! I think this hotel is the best option in Clearwater, walking distance to everything, right on the beach and the views are amazing.

Staff was completely unprepared for the volume of guests. Did not communicate well with guests and witnessed a lot of other frustrated guests. Have stayed at a lot of other hotels in clearwater, will be returning to any one of those.

The property is newer and in good shape. However they do not clean the rooms due to covid and don’t tell you that until you arrive to check in. We were asking for toilet paper towels, etc pretty frequently. This was disappointing for the price. More disappointing was pool side staff. They were drunk w perceived power. Susu Crauther was in charge of the pool and hot tub area and OMG someone has to reel her in. She made everyone at the pool upset. She threatened to call the police because my kid was throwing a cushion pool ball in the pool! You read that correctly. Sad. She loved it though. No more than 8 people in the hot tub at a time. They employ 3 full time staff (one employee and two contracted security guards) to enforce this rule (but only during certain hours and certain days which makes no sense) and some days kids are allowed and some days they aren’t allowed in the hot tub. Not enough wait staff to service the costumers at the pool. Waiting half hour for drinks/bills etc. But let’s have 3 people around the hot tub. Just didn’t make sense and guests were all confused. I will not stay here again, mostly due to all the rules that make it difficult for me kids to be kids. They should maybe change their “kid friendly” status on websites. The Hyatt which is just Nextdoor was more pleasant to stay in for my family. We’ve stayed there twice and never any issues. Rooms are larger too.

The location was great. Close to beach (across the street) and local shopping and restaurants. I did not think the price was great or the extra $79 I had to pay each day for parking and resort fees.

This was mine and my families frist time staying at Wyndam property and we loved it!

Everything great. Nice pool. Close beach room excellent

The property and location was great. The paid parking was a little expensive

My wife and I booked a gulf view room and the room we had was a room facing the parking lot and a 200 foot roof in which all your view were of other buildings and a beech way off in the distance. Very disappointed.

It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful location, of course. The decor is fresh and modern and the rooms are beautiful. I had my own thoughts about it not exactly being on the beach, and they were confirmed, as even though we had a beautiful balcony, it was slightly tarnished by the noise of the street below. It just takes a little bit of the relaxation away for me. That’s being nit picky of course. I also can’t say I was thrilled with their COVID practices either. I’ll concur with other reviewers and agree I saw way too many employees mask less throughout the stay, as well as guests whom were never corrected or asked to put them on. We signed an ‘agreement’ when checking in to wear one indoors during our stay and that’s about the last I heard of it. I’m glad my mother has been vaccinated, otherwise I have to say I would’ve felt fairly uncomfortable.
