The building is old and worn and traffic is so loud you can't open your patio door. Since each room has a different owner the furniture and kitchen utensils are not the same. The 1st room we checked into was so unacceptable we had the make a room change. the 2nd room was just ok, missing a lot of utensils and furniture very worn out. I could not recommend this place.

Hot tub was broken dryer was nor working Check in was 3 but then didn't finish cleaning room until 3:15 and floor was wet . Tv's had to be reprogrammed no pots and pans

Wonderful place, wish I could move in permanently.

Good size room at a reasonable price. Resort not on the beach1

The location of this property was great! 5 minute drive to John’s Pass and 2 minute walk to the beach. Although I did not like that only a few lights and outlets in my room worked as well as the cleanliness of the entire room. The maid service came as stated every 2 days, but did not change my towels only refolded the dirty towels which were left on the floor, and the bed was not made. Overall great location and service. I would come back again!

The noise level was unbearable as it sits right on top of Gulf Avenue with cars racing up and down. Units were run down and kitchen lacked basic utensils. Management was awful and uncooperative. Was told beach was “ right across the street” but it was actually a bit of a walk. Toilet was broken, ice maker didn’t work and furniture was stained. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Coffee in room wasn't great and the lobby didn't provide coffee. Floors weren't well mopped

Lights and fan in master room kept blowing fuse so could never turn on. The key to room kept deactivating. All except one staff member was either not helpful or rude. My door someone try to break in it prior to our stay so maintenance came to check out the lights situation when he left he didn’t pull it tight enough so the door was literally open when we got back from an excursion. I won’t recommend nor stay here again. No discount was offered, I even asked if my checkout could be later they said no it’s too booked up but you may pay for another night so I had to pay extra even after all that. WiFi was horrible as well

Directly across the street from the beach. Pool was nice and clean. Had problems with the tv but called and maintenance was there in 5 minutes

Bad views, staff smoking on stairs, dirty room, terrible wifi

We stayed 5 days at this location and checked in to a dirty room and went 3 days without toilet paper or the ability to turn on any of the lights in the rooms because the light fixtures were battery powered and the remotes were missing all the batteries. We had to go to the store to purchase all of these items on our own, including laundry detergent to clean our towels because they were out of towels every day we were there. The staff was not only unapologetic, they were unbelievably rude. Every time I came to the lobby, there were at least 2 cleaning staff members sitting in the guest chairs, taking a break. I repeatedly heard these employees laughing or making noises of disgust at guests as they were passing through on their way in or out. This is a very small lobby, so everyone around was witnessing this display of intentional intimidation and humiliation. I kept trying to tell myself and my family that maybe they were just having a bad week. However, one day I took the stairs to our room (on the 5th floor) because there were groups of people waiting for the elevator. As I was walking up the stairs I heard a leaf blower getting louder as I walked up. I looked up to see a maintenance man walking down the stairs towards me with a gas powered leaf blower on his back, purposely blowing the intense air and debris directly in my face. He continued walking down the stairs and I had no where to go but up, but he refused to move one way or the other to let me pass.
