First of all is not what the website put up. First night there no water for half the night and when I called the front desk the lady that answer was nasty saying that what I expected to happen and she couldn't do a miracle very unprofessional. Then the guest bedroom the tv wasn't working the ceiling wasn't working. 2nd night there someone took my parking when I went to the front and they said they couldn't do anything but that I could've park somewhere else and when my parking was available they would call me. Very inconvenient I should say to expensive for there service and rooms never agaun.

Staff was very helpful, especially Rachel. Suite was very spacious. The view from the balcony was very nice.

Rented a suite, loved it! Can't wait to go back!!

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was modern and clean. Plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach, groceries, dining, and entertainment.

Room was good. tile floors could have been cleaner. Overall I would recommend to my friends and people I know. Not on the beach but you can see it from the balcony over the other buildings

Staff was very thorough and friendly. Great bedrooms. Oversized living spaces. Panoramic views of the beach and gulf Coast sunsets.

This was a great location with the beach across the street. It is close to restaurants. The rooms are vey nice size.

Staff was inconsistent in cleaning our room. Had to call and have them come do so and one night the staff member got the trash and did not put a new bag in the trash can.

Beautiful rooms. We wish we could live there. This was our second time at this location. Watch your shins walking around the king bed. I have a few dings from the bed frame. They were having trouble with the new HD cable service not being compatible with the installed tv. Minor problem. Did not affect our enjoyment

Thought hotel was on the beach. It isn't. Not even a view of beach. Front desk staff acted like they'd rather be somewhere else. Housekeeping person was very friendly and offered me water from their staff water instead of paying for it. I appreciated that. Room was huge with full kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and separate bedroom.

It was see spacious and nice. Beds were a bit stiff and our fan in the room didn't work, but well worth the stay.

The room and view is worth way more than the $80 rate we paid per night. The staff especially Randy was very welcoming and more than willing to help with anything we needed. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable and the full kitchen provided exactly what we needed. The only areas to improve on would be making the TV's HD compatiable but when you have the beautiful views of the gulf right outside your window why would you wast time watching TV anyways? Cant wait to come back down and will definitely be returning to Crystal Palms!

Thought was pricey at first...boy, was I wrong . Fabulous sparkling condo style accommodations with great views of the beach, stunning decor, super modern and CLEAN! This will be our new place to stay every visit to Treasure Island.!

This condo style hotel is fresh and well kept. The rooms are fairly large and pleasantly decorated. Kitchens are well equipped for basic needs and kept clean on a daily basis. The balconies give a great view of the Gulf and the amazing sun sets. The only draw back on that front is the noise from Gulf Blvd. Traffic is heavy through most of the day. The low level palms around the pool provide a visual screen at street level and do break the sound somewhat. Beach access is close by with a light for pedestrians to cross Gulf Blvd. A weakness of this area is limited dining within walking distance.

great place - modern clean- large condo like- good sheets - granite- pool and hot tub- overall two thumbs up- the only drawback is you have to walk across the busy gulf blvd. to get to the beach and it is a long walk- the website says beachfront - but was not- we could see the gulf from the balcony but not the beach-

This hotel was very clean and spacious. Newly remodeled and tons of room. We had the 2 bedroom unit and had plenty of room for 5 of us. The pool was clean. Very nice hotel. Just a note, the hotel does not have an ice machine, the pool towels are very old and thin, and the kitchen was pretty limited on cooking gear and on only having 4 of everything so you do have to do dishes a lot of you eat more than one meal. All and all a great hotel and we will be back.

I was very surprised at how nice this suite was. I didn't expect it to be so spacious! We loved it, very comfortable and across the street from the beach. We'd go back!

Good location on Gulf Blvd. Had to cross to get to beach but it was NO problem at all. Nice room, plenty of space, friendly desk people, no noise from other rooms. The washer and dryer were a plus. Had easy access to get to a Publix and several good restaurants up and down Gulf Blvd. Will stay her again when in Tampa.

Hotel was in an excellent position right on the beach. Our room was lovely ! problem we were there over the weekend and our room was right over the bar and although the music was ok we could not open windows because of the smoke and our room did smell. The room was not swept before we went in and there was broken glass on the floor we did tell someone but we left 3 days late and after we picked it up still the room was not brushd. Dont advise brekfast as cafe dreadful is all we can say. Apart from these coments qe did have a lovely few days.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Overall, it was very spacious. Won't call it a boutique hotel since they used really cheap paper products, toiletries, and towels. You only get ONE parking spot and they are relentless about it. We had 2 cars and were forced to park it outside the property despite the extra free parking spaces in the parking lot. Front desk called all the rooms and warned cars without permits would be towed! The beach was about a 10 minute walk. Pool was a good size. Hotel provided lots of pool toys and beach items (like chairs, etc.) which was very nice. Overall, it was a good experience. For the money, it was worth it.
