We found a bug on the pillow and on the ceiling. Furniture is old and musty.

I really liked the beach bar, we had a blast there. I didn't like the bed it is very bad on the back. I could almost feel the coils laying on my back...

A great place to celebrate our anniversary. Lots to do. Love having everything on propert.

The property was clean and nice. The rooms have had a facelift but it still shows its age. We enjoyed the pool which also could use some new furniture and umbrellas but for our stay it worked. Nice place, I probably wouldn’t pick it if I planned to stay more the a couple night or long weekend.

Out dated and in need of renovation, the pics. where deceiving.

I would amend my previous review. We arrived on a Sunday- end of spring break which is our fault for not looking into. It was like a huge frat party- drinking, yelling, grinding, trash EVERYWHERE etc. not a family place. By Monday afternoon it had changed dramatically- very family friendly, lots of kids playing and having fun. My complaints- even though it says non-smoking be aware it’s not. The rooms are non smoking but people smoke everywhere outside, even if they are not supposed to, it’s not enforced. We had NO hot water either day. Dial turned all the way with no cold running= Luke warm water. WiFi works intermittently and can kick you off at anytime- at the pool it worked great- not so much in the room. Floor in room was sandy when we arrived (it’s the beach but still) Front desk staff were very friendly and nice. Coffee shop was great- good coffee and sandwiches. Location good- beach nice as well!

Front desk crew was not pleasant. They had out 1 post card per room and do not offer anything additional for each guest. Our room was not ready until an hour & half after check in time. I was hoping that they would at least offer us drinks at the bar or late check out and they refused. They also will not budge when you ask for one additional parking pass for guest. On top of all of that, the beds in the room were very uncomfortable. For the price, we were expecting a lot more. They clearly spent all of their money on the outdoor furniture and decor. Overall, we loved the vibe here but will not return.

I would call it vintage. Unique feel, small room. Overall, cool place. Weekend at Spring Break is a very hopping place

Right on the beach, clean, friendly staff. Great Garden area with activities for all ages. Relaxing by tge pool or playing ping pong. Very much enjoyed our stay!

It was great! Microwave in the room would have been nice

The property was nice, however; the room walls were very thin. We could hear upstairs people walking very loudly at all hours of the night. The music outside was also loud until late in the evening, but that was because there were outside speakers about every 15ft or so. It says the pool is heated, but it was not while we were there. We were told the "sun" would heat it up, but it didn't. Rooms are small, but adequate. It was nice that they had bar service for the pool area, and you could run a tab. The beach was beautiful and clean, but you had to rent a chair @ $35 a day in order to have an alcoholic beverage. The chairs should be included in the extra resort fee that they charge. Their breakfast croissants were huge and delicious, and the bartenders and servers were very nice. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and they had ample parking which most places didn't. It was a nice place to stay for the week, and we didn't have any deal breakers while we were there.

great hotel stay a couple times a year recently sold and under renovation. No AC in rooms. Had to request room to be serviced. Housekeeping never showed up. Great location. Staff could be a little nicer, friendlier.

The hotel was great with exception of all the construction which Is an understandable issue.

Very good right on the beach only stayed one night for New Year’s

Nice area, clean pool, friendly hotel staff. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff had coffee ready early mornings. The only drawback was we had no control of the air conditioner however the front desk provided a fan
