This “hotel” was an absolute train wreck. The rooms are tiny, the air conditioner didn’t go below 73, the room was humid, the walls are paper thin and we could literally hear everything that was happening in the rooms (and bathrooms) next to us like we were in them. My car got hit in the parking lot (that is very poorly designed) by a drunk driver. I paid $400 for the most awful hotel I’ve stayed in. Sooooooo disappointing.

Easy check in and out, directly on beach, pool, tiki bar and beach service for chairs and umbrellas. Things that could have been better were out of pool towels, Tiki bar no alcohol due Covid, beach service required our chairs and umbrella to be taken at 5 p.m., the pillows were terrible and had to have housekeeping clean bathroom again.

Property could use updating Not sure if I would return, could be a combination of staff needing more training and also more professional staff. Called front desk to speak with Melissa, did not receive a call back. Room request not granted for holder floor in different area of hotel.

This is a great property with so much potential. I stay there often but it seems it lacks the owners love. Lots of broken parts, leaking ceilings in the lobby, etc. Just needs some TLC and a daily.maintenance walk thru to clean up. Otherwiase a fun location.

No room cleaning services, no clean towel, ditty room's.

We really enjoyed the pool and beach!!!!! I really liked that the parking area was for guests only and required a hotel key for access! I didn’t like the broken toilet paper holder that was laying on the dresser when we arrived (and not repaired during our five night stay) i also didn’t like that the air could only be controlled to go to 71....it was really warm during the night. I also didn’t like the fact that you could hear every single neighbor (above us, beside us) all night long!!!! It was really horrible until 2am when I caved and called the front desk!

The only good thing is the beach being right there.

Beach bar was closed - all else was good Staff is always on point

Great Location! However when booking this property we did not realize we would be in the middle of Spring Break kids because we stayed second week in March.

I booked Post Card inn- St. Pete’s beach after reading the reviews- the reviews are definitely inflated - no way anyone could say this resort is a “10.” Pictures on website are of lobby which is redone with a cute retro vibe. It ends there. Room doors are old and shabby; our door appeared to have been broken in. The door secure was pulled out of the wall and didn’t fit tight. The room had was very small- opened right out to a very busy well used walk way had to keep drapes pulled as people walking by could see the entire room. Many cracks and holes in the walls- Could hear neighbors full conversations. Stair cases are old and rundown, there was a huge hole in wall of one of the staircases. All the stairs cases were dark with no lighting and in need of repair. There were several trash bags piled up in large black bags, at trash cans. I called front desk several times with no answer. I actually asked if this was a motel when I checked in- should be classified as a motel- The staff was approachable- and after my second call to the desk- someone who I assume was the manager came promptly up with a maintenance person to fill our soap and shampoo dispensers- it was at that point they notified me that the hand soap was discontinued-offered me tiny soap bars in place of the liquid soap, which we agreed was fine. The Location was the saving grace, on a beautiful beach-thank you Mother Nature!

The location, the lobby, courtyard & pool are all beautiful. The rooms are very old & not great, however the bed was very comfortable. We did not upgrade our room so we faced the parking lot, and it was quiet. Staff is slow to respond. I don't know that I would stay again, I need a decent shower and amenities and it just didn't meet those standards. Pool, drinks and beach access made up for what they lacked in service. Location is easy access to shopping, dining and groceries.

It was old and rundown. Worst coffee ever. People at the front desk were nice

Really enjoyed the size of the property and the vibe of it, very fun and beachy

PCI has such a great atmosphere. It was my first time and plan on making another visit. The staff was great and very helpful when looking for dinner recommendations. The beach bar was a great place to hang out at night. Everyone staying at PCI was fun to talk to. Can't wait to go back!

Do not get a classic room!! These rooms look at a parking lot and need to be gutted and rebuilt. The furniture likes like it’s from garage sales and is banged up.the tv looks like very old computer monitors and are poor. Our rooms temp was at 63 degrees and only the front desk could control the temp. We asked it to be raised to 72 degrees but it never got to be more than 66 degrees. The water pressure was so low it was difficult to get shampoo out of my wife’s long hair. The staff we indifferent to our appeals to get a new room. I even offered to pay more and was told tsince I booked the room with Orbitz I had to talk to Orbitz.

Love the retro look, love being able to walk outside and be on the beach in minutes. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Loved the quiet and peaceful courtyard that is so beautifully decorated. The food and service are excellent at the Stamps beach bar, breakfast every morning could not have been any easier. Will definitely go back again.

Room was nice and clean. Good parking. We enjoyed our stay at Postcard Inn.
