Check in was easy, hotel is beautiful and super clean. Loved my stay and will definitely be back. Bed was comfortable, all linens, towels and robes were great quality. Only recommendations: someplace to put your own toiletries inside the shower other than the floor, and tea as an option at the coffee bar in the room. You guys do a great job. Well done.

I absolutely LOVED The Saint! If you like a boutique hotel, this one is for you! The service was second to none. The owner was on site and made sure we always had what we needed! He even provided more if we asked. The pool area was so cute and FUN! And it’s always open and available. The bar was hopping and the bartender was FANTASTIC! I’ll be back. There’s fantastic restaurants in walking distance and the on site restaurant was so good. I had steak and it HIT! Perfectly cooked. We had two teen boys along and they enjoyed it almost as much as I did. We made s’mores at the fire pit our last night. Finally, the beach was a quick walk down the road and the hotel offers bikes and wagons to make it convenient and fun!

I can see why they revceivwd good reviews. Very conveniently located and affordable. However, the smell that hit me in the face as soon as I entered my room was quite strong. I wasn’t sure if it was cleaning solution, mold or a combination of both. If it hadn’t been the smell, I’d give it a higher rating.

Happy Days

No shops close by. Very comfy bed. Clean and tidy. Staff there when necessary. Close to beach access, beach chairs etc provided. Free cold drinking water on tap by the pool area and bar where loungers and parasols are permanently positioned.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! VIP WELCOME FROM MANAGER RANDY AND ALL SERVICE RANDY PROVIDED WERE AMAZING. Randy is a great asset to your organization and his sevice was what one desires at a boutique hotel. Michael and Elijah in the restaurant were also exceptional. We also had great experiences with Kendall and Brianna. We are already planning returning to this location.

I love 82 degrees Restaurant & bar and have been there several times. I never stayed at the Saint Hotel until this last trip to St Pete beach, loved it! Easiest stay I've ever had. Rooms were clean and stylish. Pool and bar area great too! I'll stay there again next time!

Staff (1 person) was great! Property was so cute and aesthetically pleasing. Bikes were provided but needed maintenance. Room was adorably quirky, but bathroom was only topically clean - mildewed grout, built up dust on baseboards. I didn’t shower cuz it grossed me out. Surrounding area is a bit sketch, but the property itself is pretty cool place to hang out. I could see it being a hoppn place during the summer. They just need to take a toothbrush with bleach to that bathroom and it’d be a great place.

The perfect little place a the beach :)

This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is super close to the beach, just a 5 minutes walk. . The hotel provides what you need for a perfect day at the beach( complementary). Randy( the manager ) has the best customer service ever . The food amazing at the hotel restaurant 82 degrees. Definitely a must to come back:)

From the moment we arrived, we were treated as valued guests. Randy and Kendall went out of their way to make us feel special and even decorated our room at my request for my friend's birthday. The room is awesome and was very comfortable and clean. The pool vibes were great all weekend and the Happy Hour prices were good! The beach was within walking distance and there is a great sunset view with access across the street. The restaurant is connected and offered a good variety and tasty options. We really had a fabulous stay! I appreciate how they handled one concern I had.

I have never stayed somewhere so lovely! The staff was always there to help. They set out bikes for us, set up a cooler for us with ice, gave us a drink as soon as we walked in. Kendall saw us walking back from the beach and she grabbed our beach towels out of our hands and took them to wash. They were folded perfectly back in our hotel in no time. Randy and Kendall and the whole staff were like little fairies. It was the best place. Shout out to the maintenance guy that even brought me a sparkling water. We stayed for a bachelorette party so highly recommend for that!

The best part of this hotel is Randy, the Manager. Customer service is EXCELLENT! He was actually waiting for me outside the lobby when I arrived. There are also a lot of extras that are included with your room. Beach set ups, 24 hour pool and hot tub, restraunt (connected to hotel) bikes. The room was great! A one of a kind experience, with ameneties we did not expect, such as cooktop and sink. Randy was GREAT! Will return there.

Check-in was super easy—they texted us our door code ahead of time, which made arrival a breeze. The place itself was super cute, and we loved the pool/bar area. There was even a DJ playing by the pool, which made for such a fun atmosphere! The staff were amazing. Our bartender was excellent—I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Every interaction we had with staff members was enjoyable. The food was delicious as well. The only thing I would’ve loved is room service, just because the food was so good and after a full day at the pool/bar we didn’t really feel like sitting down in the restaurant for dinner. That’s more of a personal preference than a downside though. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again! Side note: I’m extremely detailed when it comes to cleaning. The room was clean overall, but I did notice a few small details that were missed. For example, the edge trim on the bathroom tile hadn’t been wiped down and those spots tend to collect dirt. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.
