Harrison, who is supposedly a manager kept insisting that Expedia is a third party and having stay protection or having paid 405$ deposit carries no weight, and the several holds being put on my card in addition, some would be returned, some pending- but none could be documented so that I could sign and be clear what I am responsible for. I also have a lot of belongings and the check in valet crew were overwhelming where I felt they didn’t want me to have access to my car. The concierge/ checkin staff did not know anything about the beach policies, claiming it’s a public entity despite they advertise and market its proximity. I was delayed in arriving , I texted my concerns and I got an AI generated response, when I asked in person, the response was similar- a vague guess. The restaurant, pool, and other staff were excellent

The room definitely we stayed in needs some TLC, the bathroom toilet paper holder kept falling off, the water pressure is nonexistent, the walls in the bathroom were very dirty. The room was comfortable overall. The property on the other hand was amazing. The views phenomenal, cannot be beat. The food was also very good.

This was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had! (I am a frequent traveler). I was traveling with my family for a vacation, and we waited approximately two and a half hours to access our room due to an unresolved issue. Although the regular check-in time is 4:00 p.m., we did not receive our room until 6:30 p.m. When I asked the manager for an update, his response was unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, when we inquired about our luggage, staff were unable to locate it. We waited an additional hour before it was returned, only to discover that it had been placed back in our vehicle without our knowledge. Overall, the hotel was poorly managed, and there were several other issues not mentioned here.

Disappointed in the grouper meal. Filet was too thick therefore was not properly cooked at center. Very slow night for server so didn't want to complain, plus I normally don't. I have been in Florida 45 years and know when it is poorly prepared. Difficult to properly cook when too thick. Flavor was also bland. Not good black grouper for the price. Room and view were great. Normally I don't eat at hotels but I did that eve for my wife's birthday. Server was okay.
