This hotel is amazing full day and night entertainment the tiki bar on the beach was so much fun music and bands all the time I would definitely repeat. Also Tanya at the customer service was so helpful

Lovely spot with pool, outdoor restaurant and beach - all within a few steps. Live music in the evenings was a great way to wind down while watching the sunset.

Several things were broken in our room. Towel rack, air conditioner didn’t work well, light switches. Paint was pealed off bottom of the walls.

All staff was so polite helpful and made this stay a wonderful experience. Will definitely book here again when I’m in town. Beach view was amazing! Just look that the sunset and the beautiful palm trees!

The staff was outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and so friendly. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, creating an unforgettable experience. The live music by the water each evening was a beautiful touch, adding to the charm. The pool was gorgeous, and the view of the Gulf of America was absolutely breathtaking. We will be back for sure!

Did not meet our expectations. Baloney railing was nasty, fridge wasn’t working and after mentioning something numerous times we gave up. Inconvenient when you have to keep milk cold for little ones. Not a fan of the valet parking with not really any other option. Pool could be heated alittle more in colder months but the pool area and beach were really nice. Won’t be staying here again.

This resort is AMAZING!! Regina at the front desk is such a sweet and caring employee that made our check-in process such a wonderful experience! Ashton and Erica are extremely friendly and wonderful bartenders!! Every resort employee was so friendly and welcoming! The beaches and views of the water are STUNNING!! Add in live music every night and we had the greatest vacation at Shepard's!! Can't wait to visit again real soon!!

This is are favorite resort. Private beach access, restaurants, multiple bars, jet skis, golf cart rentals and conveniently located by a few stores and shops! We love going here and never even leave the resort for anything.
