The music to loud they should stop at midnight but the beat was hitting the walls until 2 am First and Last time we stopped at this hotel There is no beach spot at all only bunch of peoples keeps their PWC,

Great location. Loved all the amenities . Convenient parking close to everything.

Loved the location and private beach area with bar and food service (Chris was great!)on the beach! Jenny, who cleaned our room daily, was very prompt and did an excellent job!. Loved that there was no parking fee as we did not move our car after checking in as everything is within walking distance.

To start with the positives, the staff was extremely friendly from the front desk, bartenders and valet. Along with housekeeping providing wonderful service. However, a few things to note. Multiple sources say the music only goes until midnight, when it facts until 2am. A live band plays until midnight and then a DJ until 2am that legit shakes the room. You won’t be able to get even close to enough sleep. In addition, if you book through a third party - You have to pay a resort fee that gets you what already should be included. Chairs, towels, etc. Pictures are also a little deceiving. Pool is a lot smaller than the photos portray and there’s only one hot tub that’s always overcrowded. Would also like to add that the beach the resort is on is only a few hotels length long - You have to walk a mile or so to get the actual beach beach. For guests that will be checking out early/late, you can check your bags with valet - However, the bathrooms to change in/out of clothes are dingy and don’t have any accommodations such as showers, etc. Which is unfortunate because if you want a later check out time (1 instead of 11) you have to pay an additional $50.00. I would recommend this resort to anyone that is okay with no sleep and limited accommodations. Otherwise, could be a great pick for you - Just wasn’t for the folks I was traveling with.

The facility was good. But the music(noise) was horrible too loud and made rest and sleep impossible!

Entertainment was great! Proximity to the beach is great! View from our hotel room was amazing...felt like we were in the Caribbean.

Loved the oceanview room and the suite was excellent

The property location was beautiful. I liked that this is a smaller resort and therefore not too overcrowded. Our room was perfect. We could see ocean for miles. The NYE fireworks were 200 yards from our room which was so perfect b/c it was chilly that night. Too cold for me to stay downstairs. Beds were nice. The service, specifically in the Tiki areas, needs A LOT of work. We waited over an hour for food the first night, which included a salad. We were frequently left with servers not returning to see if we needed anything else. I was left wondering if they even made any money. I could have had 3-4 drinks in the time it took to get one. We were also often ignored all together so I was often going to the various bars to get our drinks even while seated for dinner. I went to every bar trying to get better service and never really did. Also, may be its common at resorts, but all the drinks were full of syrup and sugary juice=NOT GOOD. I did not have one excellent drink out of approx 8-10 throughout the week. And coffee was terrible! Invest in stocking the rooms with Starbucks medium roast coffee. For God's sake they left us sooooo much decaf. Why? Whatever it was on the first day, decaf or not, was disgusting. Stop with the powdered "cream", You have refrigerators in the room. Just invest in the little half and half's!!!!! This simple effort goes a long way in your industry. I then went down to the grab n go to and although it smells wonderful, coffee was so disappointing.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel room and property. The ocean view from the room was great. Hotel is close to the Pier 60 beachwalk area and restaurants. Hotel room comes equipped with a kitchen and dishes/ utensils. My only concern was the high volume music from the hotel's property bar & night club until 2 am. With a little boy, I was worried he wouldn't sleep well, but it didn't disturb his sleep.

Nice place but pool service was just terrible Tabbitha was rude and like she did not seem to care one way or another our check in was also disapointing reserved a king bed they put us in wrong room had to move luggage a few time not cool

Love this hotel! The bad thing they have the wave runners in both lil outcoves off their beach areas. They should use one area only swimmers have a place on the beach they pay additional for the chair and umbrellas.

Excellent place to stay. Had a great time. Friendly staff. Great view from balcony. Great entertainment every night. Very clean.

Great location and nice little beach stretch. Stayed here being DreamView is no longer an option. Lower ratings with some of the attributes because they treat their towels like a piece of gold. Was hounded at 9:30pm with a call to my room qtelling me I needed to return my towel or get charged $20. First, the towel was already returned and they never pulled the rental card. Secondly, the sign posted indicates towels "should be" returned by 10pm not "must be". I guess this is about the only item covered under $20 a day resort fee. Staff across the board was very friendly. Do not recommend a stay here at all though if you are not into night club/loud/rowdy/Vegas vibe. Music can go until 2:30/3:00am and it shook walls with the bass.

We chose this property for the second time due to private beach .. size of room... full kitchen... wait staff come to beach and pool... and entertainment. We will return again.

Liked usable beach, property looked refreshed, location good, most employees were nice. Music is loud most of the day & night we were ok with it. Disliked: mgr. Valerie who said my husband had to pay to get his wristband reattached as it fell off ; we were guests for 8 days and she said it will be $20, not like we were in an all inclusive resort getting free food, etc. she was just plain rude. She should have asked if we were guests at the hotel, looked us up to verify and not visitors for the day instead of treating him rudely, especially after spending money there daily for food and drinks, it was literally a .50 piece of thin vinyl/plastic. He politely asked her for a new one as we were told upon check in if they fall off to alert the desk and they will reattach. We didn’t pay because he said he would not and she said she would call security and he told her to go ahead and he would be sitting by the pool. I did try to find the main person in charge & was told they would send him over to us and he never showed up. Some people should not be in customer service positions who do not know how to be nice. They also do not give free refills on ice tea, etc. at this resort. Pool water was a bit cloudy several days. The lounges on the beach even resorts that have the beach in front which gets pretty pricey at $20 a day. We could go away out of the country for the price we paid to come here w/beach chairs included, realizing that is not a function of hotel but a Florida thing.
