My grandson liked the pool....it was clean and staff was friendly

I was a bit scared upon arrival because it looked old and outdated. However, the room was nice, it was spacious and clean.

For a low budget hotel it was fine. It's an older property that could us so sprucing up.

My bed had a broken spring which would pop when I rolled over. At 330 am I thought someone was in my room and it simply wound up being that darn bed. Other than that, everything was great.

The complimentary breakfast was horrible - toaster didn't even work- nothing but sugar stuff, cold products. Not a good atmosphere- A couple of people staying- want to feel isolated?

Nice hotel clean rooms great service and great location and for a good price

Our stay was June 23-26th (long weekend) to visit family. Check in was very easy-staff (one person) nice, quiet didn't engage much. The room was comfortable and amenities were fine for the money. Biggest complaint- No hot water AT ALL, filthy carpets. I have never worried about walking barefoot in a hotel room before. We did not notice the bottoms of our feet turning blacker and blacker the more we were in the room until our one-year old grandson came to visit and we noticed his were just filthy. We wore some kind of sandal or shoes from then on. We adapted to having to shower in cold water but the filthy carpet- that was a huge turn-off. Other than that, great A/C as it was hot and humid (typical for this time of year) I just would not recommend this place until carpets are replaced!

Horrible the worst place on earth I went for my honey moon and the clerk gave my room to another customer. I had to wait like 2 hours to get a room that I had rented a month ago.

We somehow ended up in a smoking room even though we did not request that. So in addition to the room stinking there were cigarette holes in the couch and bedding. The carpet and walls were dirty. It was just not in good condition. You get what you pay for here. We stayed in a couple other hotels on our trip at around the same price range that were in better condition so I really feel like this could be updated and better taken care of.

This hotel is kinda run down though they had workers there every day I think renovating the rooms. But my broom was musty smelling and just sort of had that used quality to it. The hot tub was busted all week tho I got daily assurances it would be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow never came for the hot tub tho. But, for the money, and being just a ten minute straight shot down gulf to bay Blvd to Clearwater beach, it a you get what you pay for situation. I was on my own. If I went back alone I would try somewhere else, if with a woman, Def somewhere else. So no huge complaints. Just know it's run down and has no real amenities but is a very good location considering price and staff were fine.

It was ok. Need fruit, juice on breakfast. It would be nice to check out at 12:00 p.m and not 11::00 p.m.

The place is a bit run-down but overall the room was clean and all the basic stuff was there. It is not an unpleasant experience, but it is not somewhere you'd recommend for anything than a quick business trip. You get what you pay for.

I expected something much different than what I experienced based on the pictures. They are very misleading. There is better value elsewhere.

Stayed here for the Color Run in Clearwater. It was dirty and smelled moldy. It was uncomfortable and neighboring rooms were noisy. This is a ghetto place to stay. Had I known this was how it would end up, I would have paid more for another place to stay in. I will not be coming back here.

I had to stay here for 2 nights to be near a race location. It was horrible experience and I would not go back there: 1. The room is run down, smelled of urine in one corner of the room, AC not working. 2. When I brought my concern to the front desk, they transferred me to another room, it smelled moldy but no urine. 3. Area is loud, there were people in other rooms shouting. 4. Breakfast was not really amazing.... cereal was the only thing that seems edible 5. There were ants in the sink.

It's about 5 or 6 miles from the beach which is a plus The rooms were nice sized: Only issue would be to update the carpet and the mini fridge and microwave outdated.

Nice . Clean and friendly good area next to clearwater beach ...has a fridge and microwave not bad for the price..

ugly hotel and very dirty and rude staff
