This is an okay hotel! It has good location. Room was dated but clean. If you like your room lit at night while you're sleeping then you would not have issue. There was no black out curtains, its hard to fall asleep when the light from the street and other buildings glaring at you. We had a suit with king size bed. It was a nice size room. Aside from the front desk when we check in and out and the housekeeping, did not have any staff encounter. Both staff were nice and pleasant. Hotel pool was okay we use it once. Kinda dated and theres not lots of going on.There was no access to the beach from the pool. They charge $18/ day for parking which I think was too much. Overall okay but will not be back to stay in this hotel.

Hotel isn't close to the beach. We stayed five nights and they never changed the bed sheets.

The room was really big for a family of 5!!! It was really like 3 rooms it was amazing! The location was great and close to everything including the beach and multiple shops!!

Loved the hotel & staff was helpful. Room keeping could be a little more attentive, spilled OJ on comforter our first day, & instead of changing out for a clean one, they just remade the bed. I also left a pair of very expensive Prada sunglasses at breakfast on the table & when i went back to claim them, they were not there anymore. More honest staff in the restaurant would have been nice. Otherwise great stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2017,during springbreak. The room was really nice, except for the mattress. They were lumpy and completely worn out. But, as we were checking out on the last day, workers were carting in plush new mattresses. Had we booked our stay for a week later, the experience may have been better. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. One note, valet parking is pretty much your only option..and there is an aftercharge of $12 per vehicle/day. If you plan on leaving several times a day in your vehicle, the tips for the valet could push you well over $20/day for parking. The restaurant in the hotel was good. Kids eat free, including the morning breakfast buffet, which was nice.

Took awhile to be acknowledged at check in desk. Everything fine after that.

Un hotel en remodelación y con ratones en el restaurante

Perfect location. Short walk to the best beach on the west coast. Checkin was quick and easy. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes of walking distance.

Great location great bar and view with a decent pool area. I feel there maybe nicer rooms but ours was average at best with no view.

This hotel does not have acces to the beach and in my opinion it is expensive. Hotel staff nice and courteous.

I was really nervous about this hotel. Some ratings were good, some not so much. Plus, I had just stayed 2 nights at a crappy hotel in Tampa, so HOPED this one was a little better. Boy, was it nice!! The room was a good size, had a nice balcony (overlooked street, but thats ok). Room and hotel was very clean. The pool was directly on the ocean so the view all day was spectacular. There was a pool bar too!! Off the pool is a really yummy restaurant, and a game room for the kids. The walk to the beach was a little struggle, because theres contruction next door, so the sidewalk is closed on the beach side...

Great family hotel. Great pool area with nice views of the bay. A short walk from the main beach in Clearwater Beach. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Meet expectations. No beach on back side. Construction is every where. Very loud starting at 730 a.m. Water was turned off for three hours during the day, which was not the hotel's fault. Wait another year before going to Clearwater just due to the vast expanse of construction every where.

The location is great and easy to get to from the airport. The pool on the water is great. We did have trouble with the TV set but they told us that there wasn't anything they could do for us. Also paying for parking is stupid with the price you pay.

We have stayed here before. Our stay this time.....was better last time. We had a larger room, and we DIDNOT have to pay for parking. This was an added charge of 55.00, for four days. Overall......we still would come back.

This is the second time I have stayed here. First time for a girls trip second time family trip. Both experiences were great! Rooms have always been clean, the view is spectacular, and the staff is so friendly. There is an outside bar seating area and a pool side bar. They usually have live. Music every night outside so it's a great way to wind down the evening! Only Complaint was the construction noise, but you get used to it, and the location and price you pay makes up for it!

great hotel, great location, great service . no complains

The hotel itself was clean and the pool and rooms were very nice. The staff was very accommodating and polite. I was disappointed about having to pay for parking or even getting inconvenienced when I had to park my car all the way by the bridge and have a taxi service pick me up and take me back to the hotel. The beds were also a tad bit too soft and my wife and I both woke up with back and neck pain. I was also surprised that there was no access to the beach but was told we might have to walk over two hotels and try to use their access. Either way the walk to the main beach was well worth it. All the construction going on was an eye sore and the noise was distracting. All around a very nice hotel but could tighten up a few things to make it a 5 star experience.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff was as well. The only issue we had was with the parking. They are currently redoing the parking lot. They did have courtesy valet but you felt a lighted to tip each and every time, in addition to the parking fee of $12 per day. It adds up quick. They elevators are very slow. Other than these minor issues it was a great stay.

Will say the staff were friendly and helpful. The birds on the patio where you est on patio were anoying but our overall experience was very good.
