Close to beach, restaurants and stores. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful views. On beautiful beach. Very comfortable room

Wonderful service..pool was closed and we had to use pool at Hyatt. Bathroom lacks privacy.

Every thing was perfect and the staff was always there to help with any questions. It was also nice to have beach access right out the back of the hotel.

Hotel was ok but location was great. Teenage boys liked all of the activity on the beach. Air conditioning was really loud.

This was an extended vacation for my husband and me to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Overall, this is a nice hotel with a great location in Clearwater Beach. Being right on the ocean is unbeatable and the beach is beautiful. There were really only 2 issues during our stay - on our first day, we got there at 11:30am and 'checked in', but our room wasn't ready. They said they would call us when it was ready. I hadn't heard from them by 2:30, so I called the front desk and it still wasn't ready. By 4:00, the regular check in time, my husband and I returned to the hotel to check on our room. It STILL was not ready. The nice thing though was the gentleman at the front desk got us into another room right away at that time, and we had a great view of the gulf for our stay, so I appreciated that. I just wished I would have checked sooner! Also, the WiFi, which you have to pay for in the resort fee, was hard to access at times. The hotel had so many people on it, that we had trouble getting connected consistently. I called the front desk and they gave me another code, which was awesome and I was able to then connect, so if you experience that, I suggest you call the front desk. Again, very minor and I recommend just checking with the front desk. They were all very nice and accommodating - I was pleased with their resolutions to our needs. This is by far the best place to stay - the location is awesome, there are many great places to eat around there, and you can get to most places by walking, or a cheap Uber ride around town, so I wouldn't rent a car if you don't need to. We had a great time - we definitely hope to go back in the future and bring our kids the next time!

Amazing beach front locale! Love the bar right on the sand --easy beach access and right in the heart of Clearwater!

great pool access and staff. We were a bit loud, but no complaints. Parking is great.

This location couldn't be better. Clearwater Beach is quite the spectacle, and can be crowded. The Hilton's private beach is a nice respite from the adjacent public beach. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the service is courteous and efficient, up to the usual Hilton standard. Several restaurants and a 24 hour drugstore are within a block or so. The restaurant in the hotel is great, very healthy and well-prepared food. If you want the experience of one of Florida's most beautiful beaches, I think it is worth it to stay right on Clearwater Beach, and the Hilton is a great choice.

This was a great hotel to stay at along with the location. We ended our trip for one night in Clearwater and decided to pay the extra money to stay here. This hotel has a nice beach area. the private bech are is also very large so you can have alcoholic drinks on their property on the beach which made relaxing a lot better. Rooms were clean, staff was great, and location was good. The only thing I didn't like about it was the price. We paid right around $400 just for a one night stay. And that was ocean view. the regular rooms were already at just a little bit over $300 a night. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Would def think about staying here again if we were to decide to come back to Clearwater.

great hotel, good food ,beautiful view of ocean. close to all shops and restaurants, wait staff at pool restaurant was terrible,,lazy people working there. rented a jet ski, very unprofessional staff, unfriendly,. would not ever rent from them again. everything else was great.

We went there for a family vacation. The hotel was clean and has plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. The hotel rents umbrellas and cabanas on the beach which is a plus. The hotel sits right on the beach. The pool was great with two separate pools, one shallow 3.5 feet pool for the kids and another 6.5 feet pool for the adults. Very nice. Wish the bar at the pool closed later, but otherwise it was a great stay all around. Definitely coming back. The only thing missing was spa or massage services. We are used to having that at Hilton hotels, but none here.

The hotel was nice, great location, however they add so many extra fees for all the services the hotel provided. Great hotel for families, close to restaurants and attractions.

Hotel was right on the beach vs the intercostal like some other "beach" hotels are (i.e the marriott). didnt really interact with the staff as they did not interact with me. the buffet breakfast is $14 a person and is the quality of a free one at the Howard Johnson, that sucked. Room was also pretty small. but like i said it was right on the beach, right in the middle of the "strip" so there was alot of things to do and activities at and near the hotel. all and all , we had a blast.

Great staff, no fault there. And although the hotel was OK, it is definitely not up to Hilton standard. Extremely outdated and (I know it is a beach hotel in Florida) dirty/muddy. It is a ok beach hotel if u don't go with expectations of the full Hilton experience.

There is just no substitute for location. My room balcony had a perfect view of the pool, beach and pier. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Great vacation!!!

Staff was very unaccomadating definitely last time staying there

We've stayed at other Hiltons in the past, and this is the lowest against their peers. A couple of odd things we noticed: -at this price point, I don't expect to be "sold" on extras (resort "package" for $20/day) -Exposed electrical in our room & parking garage -Poor upkeep of the common areas & lobby (sand everywhere, also noticed powdered sugar left on a table for over 24hr) -staff was just the minimum level of courteous/service that you would expect anywhere else (not 4-star service). I would recommend based on location (on the beach, proximity to activities outside the hotel, but not for the hotel itself.

Wanted to get away for a four night middle of the week stay one week after the Memorial day weekend and avoid the grade school children. Nope. This hotel is very family friendly judging by the amount of Floridians who choose this hotel as a getaway spot. Good Times! And we were on the north side with gulf view (beautiful) but couldn't open the balcony door due to a LOT of RTU noise.

Great time, they just need to maintain a few things in the room, water pressure and faucets in bad shape
