The property was nice. The pool and beach were great. We were to have a king size bed with golf view and were given a 2double bed room room with partial view of the golf along with all the air conditioning units and the warm air and noise from them. For what i paid for 4 nights wont stay there. 2 drinks at the pool bar $30. Way to expensive.

Very nice resort but rooms need maintenance and updating. Also the tile around the pool is very dangerous. I witnessed kids and adults falling. I slipped once also on edge of pool.

Staff was great. Thank you, Twinkle. Location is walking distance to everything we did. Dining options were great. Another Broken Egg has amazing breakfast. Frenchy's for dinner didn't disappoint as well as Clearwater Skyline Cafe. We had a blast jet skiing and hanging out at the beach.

Paid $660 per night for a small room in an older hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days even though we requested several times to have it cleaned. The beach cabanas were $251 for the day. I needed 2 cabanas so it was essentially an extra $1000 for us to have 2 nice beach days. Clearwater beach is beautiful and we had a great time on our family reunion vacation but the hotel is way too expensive for an old hotel with small rooms

Hotel looks nice at the reception area, but when you get in the room I didn't even let my kids walk bare feet on the carpet, old, dingy, rusty bathroom, not enough lighting. Didn't got at the hotel until the next day, cause our flight got canceled and the hotel manager didn't even care on giving us a refund for the night that we wasn't even there. Good luck on actually trying to talk to a manager. Very disappointing!!!

We enjoyed our second stay very much but probably won’t be going back. The cost for everything (breakfasts, lunch, snacks, dinners, drinks, etc) is not worth it.

First I must say the staff and the location of this hotel Are top notch! We were not pleased with our room It was uncomfortable and SO OUTDATED… I was really surprised considering with taxes- fees and resort fee our room was nearly $770 a night. For that I would expect nice beds, bedding and a comfortable room. We were unhappy and they did help us to ensure we were better with the stay. Also, the resort fee is for nothing - chairs are extra - pool is often over crowded and they don’t allow you in… overall I would give the staff 5 stars but the property 3 at best. The beaches are amazing you can walk to everything from the hotel but the rooms😞

This was the most overprice basic hotel i have been to , dorty rugs sand covered floors, three cop cars in front when i got there amenities looked old, in need of a update/repair, glasses left in hallways trip hazards . Just a complete disappointment all aroubd no better then the 200 dollar hotel down the street

Nothing to say but poor service and dirty

Good location - however we will never stay there again. Very outdated, not clean, overpriced. The toilets had to be flushed multiple times, there were chips out of the drywall in our room, chips out of the granite in the bathroom. random screws holding the show door up, the carpet in the room was filthy. Not a pleasant experience. We generally stay Marriott but thought we'd give Hilton a try - never again. For $700 a night we can stay at a pristine Marriott property. I feel taken advantage of by the Hilton Clearwater. This property is smoke in mirrors all the way around. Very disappointing.

I liked the room i was in, very nice views, very quiet. Shower pressure was uncommonly good. Very friendly people. Bar and restaurant prices were ridiculous. Starbucks prices very high. $5 for a cookie. Would have liked to see the garbage emptied in the room. Would definitely stay again.

It was okay nothing special. They keep charging your card throughout the stay so for what you think is going to be a $600 trip turned into an $1100 trip for only 2 nights

The property was centrally located. They need to explain better the maid service plan better. Otherwise we had a good experience at the hotel

Beachfront property. Perfect location.

Very confortable

Thia is the perfect location for the beach and for the surroundinga. Close to most of the restaurants. Right next to the park and the pier. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff is friendly. I was here by myself and felt completely safe walking everywhere.
