The facility needs tender, loving care. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was painted and peeling. There was no hot water the first room the locks were broken. I feel good about this motel. It was close to the airport.

The building is old and needs to be taken down. I suffering from nose blockage every night because I could literally inhale the cigarette smoke from the rooms behind me. The cleaning staff do not understand or speak English so was difficult to get them to do anything. The air conditioners are old and the buzz like a broken truck. The orange juice machine did not work and so was the laundry facilities. I stayed for 20 days and could not wash my clothes. Please do better.

Roaches and Bedbugs!!

We got to the hotel and it already seemed sketchy, but we had our kids and it was late. We checked in and the minute we got to the room it was crawling with roaches EVERYWHERE. Roaches and bedbugs. We had to grab our kids up and get out of there quickly. They were understanding and immediately refunded our deposit, but I have never been more disgusted.

Housekeeping needs to step their cleaning game up a bit. There was buildup around all edges of the walls and bed. The bathroom was in the same condition. The tub looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite a bit.

NEVER AGAIN

Do NOT stay here. This place is run down. AC does not work, lights are out in the rooms, black stains on the bed sheets. The lobby stood busy with guests trying to cancel or change rooms. The staff actually got into an argument with a guest and threatened to beat him up in front of a group of guests. There was water thrown at the guest trying to get their money back from the staff. Guests almost called the cops on the staff. There are sketchy people and used needles around the building from addicts. They have a bunch of hidden fees you have to pay after you get there. They say they are pet friendly and don't charge online but when you get there they force you to pay a deposit and per night per pet. I wouldn't even want my dog to stay there to be honest because they would probably end up sick or worse from the conditions.
