Nice and close to Greensboro Coliseum with lots of restaurants close to property.
The staff was wonderful the food was delicious and the property was well cared for! 10/10 for sure!
The staff was super attentive and sweet.
Great stay. Will definitely be back.
I've never had such a terrible reception as I did by your staff member, Ashley Cloud and the pool area was disgusting with food floating in the hot tub and the pool (as well as all over the floor). The Greensboro Drury was highly recommended by NC friends who stay there when they visit their college student but we were disgusted and disappointed.
The layout was very nice. It was a very quiet hotel. The indoor/outdoor pool was pretty cool as well
Friendly staff. Good location. Room was clean but had a mildew smell. Hallway smelled like mildew too. Breakfast was poor quality. Trash on grounds.
Everything was perfect , I have no complaints whatsoever
The Drury Perks are a notch above others, evening reception and very nice indoor/outdoor pool...the staff at this location is friendly and attentive.
Free drinks were good, a little more alcohol would have been better though!
Very impressed they offered a complimentary dinner unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of due to time restrictions. Would have liked to be able to have breakfast before check out but was also not able to due to time we needed to check out.
We stayed here for a busy New Year’s Eve weekend and the hotel was amazing. Awesome breakfast and kickback in the evening. The staff were extremely interactive and helpful with places to visit in the area.
At first seemed like a nice hotel starting at check in with friendly staff. Soon found that was all that was good with the hotel. The hotel has updates in areas but other finishes were old. Only one of the elevators worked for most of the time. Room was decently clean, but ac didn't work great. Worst of all they let the people do whatever they wanted, people were smoking weed in rooms just down from mine with my wife and kids, staff refused to check on it. There was another room same floor with a dog in it just barking all night again no concern from staff. Ice machine shot on our upper floor so had to go to lobby where i found people partying all through the lobby and down the halls. Had a drunk guy walk strait into me not looking. There was a guy smoking a cigar inside. The group partying in the side entrance by the pool invited non guests over letting them in the doors without keys to go swim. In all I thought I was going to be staying at a nicer hotel with a better crowd, or at least a hotel where the staff would have monitored their crowd/guests. I will not take my family back. The money I spent was not worth it!
Workers in construction equipment working on hotel exterior made it very difficult to enjoy outdoor pool and moving about exits and entrances. Ice and drink machines broken or periodically breaking were a minor inconvenience as well. We were set up in an expensive hotel room that only suited 2 adults although my search was for a room for 2 adults and 17 year old. Very troubling!
We stayed in a room right above the lobby/atrium and it was extremely loud. The voices from the people down in the lobby carried. Would suggest guests ask for rooms further into the halls.
