Lovely hotel - great lobby with bar & restaurant. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. Guest room was clean and spacious. This hotel is pet-friendly!

This Embassy Suites appears to be dated. The rooms were not as clean as other hotels I have stayed in lately. The breakfast was fantatic! Bathrooms were okay but still didn't seem real clean. I was concerned about the safety of my car in the parking around the hotel. The stay was fine but I have had better at lower cost hotels.

Tried to check in at 4pm, line out the door. Left to meet friends for dinner and concert. Returned at midnight exhausted to only be told rudely that they were over booked and had no room for us. Spent hours trying to find hotel room but ultimately had to dangerously drive 6 hours home all night long.
May I just say we LOVE Embassy Suites, usually. We flew in from Mexico and needed a hotel for 5 people, 2 rooms for one night. We had LOTS of options! In fact, we almost chose another brand hotel but we chose Embassy Suites because of the level of service and quality we have come to expect from this brand hotel. The additional 2 factors that sealed the deal were 1. 24/7 airport Shuttle and 2. Indoor pool for all to enjoy after a difficult travel day What a disaster this place is! Someone from your management team should visit unexpectedly some time. 1 - We called at 8:00pm to advise we were at the airport and needed a shuttle. We were told 20 minutes....We were standing outside in 30 DEGREE WEATHER - with 2 senior citizens in their 70s and a 7-year old child, freezing, literally freezing. You can't wait inside because you cannot see the shuttle from there. We saw every other hotel shuttle pick up - 2 and 3 times actually. LONG story short: 3 phone calls later and at 8:55pm we finally got an Uber because the front desk girl had no idea when the shuttle would actually get us. The ES van finally came through the airport at 9:00. Asking anyone to stand out in 30 degree weather for 45 minutes watching for a shuttle that wasn't coming is unacceptable - even worse asking 2 seniors and a small child to do so - completely NOT acceptable. We had to pay $45 for an Uber When we did get to the hotel, the MOD was sympathetic, sort of, but nobody really cared about anyone's

Tremendous hotel and stay! They had me at the complimentary happy hour drinks. But the burgers for dinner and amazing breakfast took things off the charts. Kids loved the pool and grand open spaces. Great stay, we will be back!

The folks who work at this hotel are friendly. The dress code is casual, it was a little confusing as I didn’t expect that. I liked the layout of the hotel as all the floors are open with no walls and you can see every floor and the shuttle service to the airport. Extra linens and blankets are available at the front desk. The guest who stayed in the room before my reservation had set the alarm clock for 3:14 AM, which was a rude awakening. Overall I would stay here again.
