Everything was good!!!! Even during COVID , the property was close to airport, 10 minutes from downtown.

The best hotel in Charlotte!!! I just the pool was open

Our room was not thoroughly clean, there was hair on the floor in our bathroom and on our bed. The hotel rooms need to be updated as well.

None of the vending machines were working. Ice machines were broken. The room was too warm even though the air was set very low. It needs some TLC throughout.

Along with the price of my hotel stay I paid extra for breakfast which was not included as the restaurant & bar were closed due to COVID which was understandable but I was told because I prepaid through Orbitz that there was nothing I could do about it. This makes me rethink prepaying through Orbitz. Also due to COVID no one was cleaning the room daily which was understandable but frustrating as we didn't have a shower curtain the first night & didn't get one until the next morning. Our trash was filling up & I had to ask front desk to get someone to take it out. We were told to leave dirty towels outside of the door but no one returned fresh towels until we asked for them the next day. Fresh coffee & hot water was supposed to be made in the lobby but was only able to get it one time & after that there wasn't anymore more. Coffee machine in the room water leaking all over the sink but someone brought us a new one once we called the front desk. We found 2 empties alcohol containers underneath the bed within three days of our stay. I expected top of the line with Embassy Suites and I didn't get that. I am a Hilton honors member and they refused to give me my points because I booked with Orbitz. It was just frustrating. The hotel lobby area was really nice but I wouldn't stay there again especially for the price of the stay. I expected so much better. My family and I were better off staying at the courtyard for a chaeper price and we probably would have had the same service.

The staff was friendly howver one night the tv wasnt working and no one ever came to repair it even though we were told someone would check on it. Convenient location however not sure if I'd stay again.

We stayed here for a quick trip to Charlotte for a cheer competition. We arrived very early Saturday morning and although we tried to check in early, the room wasn't ready until after 3. The kids were able to use the pool while waiting which was a help. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My children loved the snacks included in the room! It was difficult to fall asleep though due to children running up and down the hall while we were trying to fall asleep. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charlotte!

The air conditioning in my room was horrible all night.

I had an emergency at work and could not travel. I called to cancel my trip, understanding the cancellation policy and was placed on hold for over an hour, after being on hold for that amount of time, I did not have anymore time and hung up. I was subsequently charged, not only the cost of the room, which I understood, but an additional $50 for not showing up. If you can’t talk to someone and are on hold about the situation, how can you notify someone.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were able benefit from the whole trip. They asdisted us with transportation also ensured safe night life experience. The place was great and the staff is amazing!

Plenty of parking, convenient to Carolina Medical Center, comfortable room & beds, good breakfast and restaurant.

I will be sure to follow up with our cook team. It also should have been an easy fix to address the tv.
