The hotel and room was very nice, bkfst was nice, the valet service however fell short. $38.00 and when I went to retrieve my car they pointed to where it was vs getting the car which is part of the whole valet service, for the amount charged they were not helpful and that was disappointing

I believe Sydney was the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly but it was clear the hotel was understaffed. When I got to my room I noted the tv was not working. I informed Sydney of this and she said that she would have maintenance look at it and, if not maintenance, she would have a look. When I returned two hours later she said that no one had went to the room. By this time I was going to bed so I told her not to worry about it. When I went to take a shower I noted that the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles were all empty and had to use the hand soap on the bathroom counter for soap. Probably my worst hotel stay in years.
