From check in to check out it was a 5 star experience. We used to live in Charlotte and this is a new hotel since we’ve been there so first stay. My wife is very picky about hotels and this is going to be our go-to anytime in area again. Spotless room very spacious and such a comfortable bed. We wanted to extend our stay but had to get home. Restaurants in hotel also have amazing food and the hospitality is top notch. We went to a panthers game and otherwise just wanted to stay on property. Can’t wait to go back when have more time to enjoy property.

Breakfast in the executive lounge was good but they ran out of food early. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff was very helpful excellent for the first front desk attendant, she failed to mention that the mint museum was free for hotel guests. I paid $30 for entrance and didn’t need to but other than that, great stay and no issues with valet. We dined at Dean’s which was great and we had drinks at Caroline’s , both were on point.
