Because of the much higher price than Hilton, my expectations were high! Room was too dark! When I asked to switch, I was told they are all the same. It felt claustrophobic and I could barely see to put on makeup. The other huge disappointment was the bed. They are all temperpedic but way too firm! Extremely uncomfortable. Finally, there were nail clippings left on the desk chair.

The room was great, but there were no luggage carts available. Due to not using valet me and my 7 year old had to carry all our bags from the parking garage (which is not included in the stay and a pretty long walk) to the hotel by ourselves. There weren’t any carts even when checking in at the desk.

We could not have had a better stay! Staff was great. We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage.
