Have stayed here more than once. It's our favorite place to stay when in Charlotte. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Great beds and linens, outstanding staff, exceptional breakfast, and a really nice happy hour with food. Pool, gym and whirlpool are all top notch.

This hotel is probably the best I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was immaculately clean, and every staff member greeted us and said hello! There was buffet style breakfast and dinner, and popcorn in the afternoons, and Ruby Tuesday’s in the same parking lot. There’s an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. My daughter left her tablet in the bed and it was reported under the wrong room but we eventually got it figured out.
