This hotel was exactly what we needed - a place that was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the airport shuttle service was very convenient. The surrounding area wasn't completely ideal (every time we walked to Cracker Barrel or the convenient store people would follow us and keep asking for money). Overall, we would likely stay at this location again if we come back to Charlotte.

It’s time to update the rooms. My room had a bed with slopes in it. It felt like I could feel the box spring. People were outside my room smoking weed and talking loudly most of the night.

The best thing about this hotel by far is the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenience to downtown, the gas station right next to it also seemed a bit unsafe at times but they had police officers there. I didn’t like how small the bathrooms were and room service skipped my room twice, we were there for 5 days, they came for the first 3 and cleaned and reset like they were supposed to but for some reason the last two days we had to ask them for towels and rags even though we were right next to the laundry room and could hear them passing by. We also put our trash outside so they could pick it up and we watched them walk right by multiple times before grabbing it. Other than that as long as you’re looking for something affordable and not fancy, it’s really good and I would stay here again

Nice hotel housekeeping needs work

Nice place and I won’t say the room was filthy but the floor had definitely not been cleaned they turned out socks black and the shower was very dirty like it had just been rinsed out soap scum and all also a purple hair tie from the previous guest was laying with the coffee pot (probably because the didn’t use the coffee so it didn’t have to be refilled but still) i did still leave a tip that’s not easy work and is definitely not for everyone
