I needed an airport property with transportation. Bonus was that this property had good reviews, transportation and even a breakfast option. Pros: Cost was reasonable. Staff was friendly on phone and during check-in/ check-out. Airport shuttle available with helpful driver. If you are driving on own: parking is right there. Restaurant options close by. For the summer, there is an outdoor pool. Breakfast looked good quality. Clean room. Cons: Your doorway is facing out, not to a hallwayWas a bit sketchy for me as solo traveler, not knowing anything about the area. But all went fine and I did not witness anything sketchy! Loud. You are right by an interstate and close to the airport, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise. But I could Siri hear the neighbors tv at normal volume. If you are a light sleeper, you will feel this. This is probably just me, but I never found the elevator and just walked up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Not hard to do and good exercise, but a bit more concerning for someone with mobility issues. Just make sure to clearly ask for the direction!! Overall I recommend the property if you need easy airport access (7 minutes with the shuttle) or easy access to the interstate. Clean and friendly staff were biggest bonuses

Upon entering your establishment there were two men smoking at the front doors, the front clerk was rude toward me and my driver I requested a room up high at the front of the building and asked if there were elevators he said yes I went ahead and booked using g my Avion points upon receiving the keys my driver came I. With all my bags two suit cases and a bag as I just arrived I. Charlotte NC from Toronto Canada a long drive of 15 hours and I needed a good night sleep for my morning meeting I court from 9-12 he asked for a credit card even after I already paid for the room he said it’s for no. Smoking I mentioned yes we don’t smoke. When my driver walked in with my bags the clerk rudely said you have to go out side and the room is at the side of building we put all our bags back I. The car and drive to the back where here was no parking near a bottom floor room 210 and the numbers were not clear very dirty at the back many trucks and upon opting he door to the room it smelled like cigarettes and another terrible odour and the bed was on the floor sunken in not a sleep able mattress I walked out locked the door and went back to the front and said we can not stay here everything is dirty the room smells like smoke I want my money back and cancell my booking he handed my driver the receipt with the -$50 refund however o. My credit card it is still there charged and the room has not been refunded either he was rude and said he can not cancell, I went back to the car.

It was very clean. Staff was great from the check in to the cleaning people. Everyday the room was cleaned and new towels. We rented 2 rooms and we were very satisfied. Great job to the cleaning and check in staff!!! Thank you.

We called for the shuttle for pickup at the airport. They told us 15 minutes, after 45 minutes a driver from another hotel took us to the property.
