Nice, clean hotel. Easy to walk to things, especially Amelies bakery!

very nice rooms! Love the Keurig in room. Across from nascar hall of fame and panthers stadium. Short but nice walk to time warner cable arena.

Great location...right off of the highway so easy access in and out. Complementary coffee, iced tea and lemonade. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and AC works awesome especially since it was 95 degrees outside. Overall impressed for the price.

very nice clean comfortable hotel. Anything and everything is within walking distance from hotel and if you dont like to walk or want to they offered a free shuttle. Staff was awesome. Only thing i did not like was that there was no free complimentary breakfast, they only offered a breakfast buffet which you had to pay for.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location.

gtreat tryip will stay here again loved ir fanily ws really happy id recommend

Great location for football trip. Across the street from Nascar museum where UofL had a party. Two blocks away from team hotel and 6 more blocks or so to football stadium. Didn't have to drive anywhere for food if you didn't want to. Wasn't a 'free' breakfast but a very nice $10.95 buffet with made to order food items so actually much better. 'Free' breakfasts are so great anymore:-) Easy to find easy in and out. $11 parking each day, but expected unfortunately in cities.

Stayed there for 2days for conference in a nearby hotel. I think it is a great place to stay for the low price. Great location and friendly staff.

Very good for its price. Great location and friendly staffs. I would like to visit here again.

front desk staff friendly rooms were okay had a terrible time with the shower - it literally so LOUD it sounded like a jack hammer was in the rooom...and due to the noise/vibration the shower head fell off! recommended to the staff NOT to book the room again until that problem was addressed. $9 cab ride into town

We went to a Panthers Pre Season Game this past Sunday and we needed somewhere clean & near the stadium. This was perfect. I was close enough to where we walked back, but far enough out of the traffic of the game. I will absolutely stay here again.

My stay was close to perfect. The hotel being in uptown Charlotte was incredible. It was walking distance to the Epicenter, right next to nascar hall of fame, and close to everything else you need within the city. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with all our needs as well. One issue I encountered was that when we first got to our room we couldn't use the card swiper because the battery was dead. This needed to be switched out by the staff. Although we had to wait, the staff was very quick with the battery exchange and we were let into the room in 10 minutes. The only other thing was that the "gym" only had cardio machines and medicine balls. I was hoping it would have some free weights. But overall, this hotel is a great value and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone!

Beautiful room, lovely view, clean. However, price was a bit too high.

The location was fantastic as well as the fee parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean although very basic. Although I appreciate the free all-day coffee service, I wish a complimentary continental breakfast was included.

Loved it. Able to check in early. Room had everything we needed and staff was very nice. Loved the free tea and lemonade.

Short walking distance to Bank Of America Stadium . The hotel had exceptional staff and facilities.

We came from NYC to attend the NYJets vs Panthers Game. The hotel was perfect walking distant to the stadium and local bars. The staff was very friendly and checking in and our was easy. The only compliant I have is you can hear everything in the rooms around you. When someone is turning on the water in their bathroom, flushing the toliet or watching TV.

Spent seven nights and had no complaints. Southern hospitality includes nightly iced tea and lemonade and cookies. Didn't try the hotel meals since there are so many great restaurants within walking distance.

Stopped at Charlotte to see the Nascar Hall of Fame. The HOF is directly across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn so you can't get any closer. The attached parking garage is shared with the Hampton Inn. Self park was $8 per day and it's convenient to get your car in and out if you want to. The room was ultra clean and modern and seemed recently remodeled. My best impression was with the staff. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The food we had there was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. I also thought it was reasonably priced. Many good bars, and restaurants are within walking distance and they also provide a complimentary shuttle if it's raining or you don't feel like walking. I would stay there again and would recommend...

Housekeeping needs some attention! We needed towels. No one answered housekeeping extension. Went to the front desk to request twice before we finally got what we needed. Trash was not removed from the room when the cleaned it. Room Service closes at 10:00PM. That is a little early. We returned from a concert and the only thing we could get was pizza from Dominos.
