Brought my kids for a fun father/son weekend. Pools were closed and there was a charge for a continental breakfast. Pet fees not disclosed at the time of booking through orbitz I will not stay at this hotel again
They had plastic over the windows from some kind of renovation they were doing that flapped loudly all night making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was insanely expensive. No trash bags in the room. The list goes on.
Hotel was not worth the money. It looks old and needs some remodeling. While we were there the fire alarm went off at 4:50am and we had to evacuate the building, and then again at 9:30am, so we were not able to get much sleep. Also parking is not the best considering there’s only 2 floors where you can have access to the hotel. Overall I would not stay here again.
The hotel rooms are dated, mismatched furniture, old clucky A/C units, not really worth the money
Nice clean hotel
Close to Spectrum Center, not a lot of Restaurants open…in a city? Fire alarm set off in our hotel right after concert, we had to wait for Fire Department to clear building. After midnight to get in…no fire thank you!
3 nights, never got my room cleaned or the sheets got replaced. Only replaced towels after I request. During the entire stay, the water was cold but one time was hot.
We were denied valet parking upon arrival. Had to park and inform front desk. The night auditor had to come out and speak to valet attendant. Even then valet staff was defiantly disrespectful and inattentive. Then, upon booking we were led to believe breakfast was included daily however, upon arrival was informed it was an additional charge. This added expense was a burden as it was unplanned.
Location and rooms are perfect! Great check in with Noah! Very proffesional
Great overall experience although parking and valet was a hassle. It took forever for the valet to return to the kiosk to take my car. Also customers were smoking just outside the door in the parking garage and the smoke was miserable for those of us going into the building to reach the elevator. Nevertheless, the room was clean and the front desk managers were very warm & hospitable.
I was double billed for a deposit to cover "incidentals". They couldn't explain why, but told me I would have to wait 5 to 7 business days for it to be corrected.
Great to have a free shuttle van service available throughout the day to anyplace within 3 mile radius form the hotel. Good variety of foods for breakfast buffet every morning, even though I had to pay for it (free breakfast was not included in the hotel price rates). Nice and friendly hotel staff and restaurant employees. Did not like: no shelf space/recipients to place toiletries in the bathroom
Great central location with easy walking to Convention Center and lots of restaurants.
The staff at this hotel is world class. They were all so nice to us. Front desk, van drivers, and the men and woman in the restaurant. Wonderful experience with them.
Very easy check in and enjoyed the hot coffee and tea in the morning and cookies in the afternoon. Room was very nicely updated and had a great view.

We apologize your stay didn't go as planned. I can't speak on behalf of Orbitz but all fees, including pet, parking and breakfast are located on our hillton.com website.
