We supposed to have a no smoking room but upon arrival we were told the only rooms left were Smoking. Also, we felt the breakfast were pretty weak. The place was clean but beds were not comfortable and it simply wasn't worth the rate we paid.

Was in town for a concert. The sleep in is always comfortable and their continental breakfast is identical to the Marriot!

Hallways and corridors do smell a little of smoke, as others have written here, but it isn't overbearing, and the room itself did not. Staff were all very attentive and kind, and the breakfast buffet, while not the greatest quality of food, was very robust in what it offered, and was well-maintained. Great hotel to save some cash if you're staying in town for a night or two. Would definitely use them again!

Meh. Not bad, but not great. Other guests were noisy in adjacent rooms and the vending machines ate my cash. Other than that the staff was courteous and breakfast wasn't bad. I do plan on staying here again.

Overall, first great experience staying at Sleep Inn. The room was nice and clean, staff was helpful, and its in a nice location.

I really needed a place close to work and affordable and Sleep Inn met needs. So, thank you Sleep Inn staff as well!

Good place to stay after seeing a concert at PNC Pavilion. Stayed here several times because of this. Rooms clean and comfortable but breakfast is lacking. Eggs bland, juices watered down. Overall I was satisfied.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable.

I had a excellent stay at Sleep Inn, I would recommend it to anyone to stay.

Went to Charlotte for a concert and this was ideal. Close enough to the venue, good value, and convenience.

If your looking for a rating somewhere in the middle of the road, this is your place. Very convenient location, and you get exactly what you pay for. Not too much, definitely not Ghetto. Would stay there again for business only.

This hotel provided all that we needed for a quick stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nicely updated, and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed the large flat screen TV in my room, the refrigerator, and the microwave. The only complaint that I had is that parts of the hotel smelled musty or had a weird smell.

The rooms were ok, but the hotel itself needed work. Was pretty old and a little rundown. Breakfast wasn't that good. Hair in my sink and shower. Room was nicely renovated though.

Great staff, clean spacious room, GREAT value! I shall return

My stay was wonderful.. fast check in excellent service. Beautiful hotel and the price was wonderful. The Sleep Inn will most definitely have my business again.

NOT fancy...small bath, shower stall, no tub, Staff and manager are ALWAYS great...have stayed several times over the past 5 years

This hotel was perfect for my quick trip. Friendly checkin. Quiet, clean, comfy, small room.
