There was a gentlemen who checked us in I don't remembere his name, sorty. He was in his 50's that we would like to recognize. He was helpful and genuinely a very nice individual. Please give him a shout out he made us feel really comfortable and welcomed. 🙏 from Denise and Todd Carter
All around a great place
It was a very nice room. Surrounding area was a litttle rough.
The staff were the absolute best. Very kind and accommodating! Clean, nice room. Breakfast was fresh and perfect. We stayed in a one bedroom king on the 13th floor. We could hear sirens and activity on the street, this would be my only negative thought. But that’s the city, not the hotel.
The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond. Very friendly and comfortable environment.
Pro: Good location Cons: Paint chipping on the ceiling, shower drain not draining, no fan in bathroom, no smart TV, no water in room, very loud air conditioning unit, overall dingy and older facility. $33 valet parking or $30 self parking across the street. A step up from a motel. Didn’t meet my expectation for paying $400/night.
Our stay was very nice. We were very pleased with our room and service. We will most definitely stay at the Hyatt House again.

The hotel staff were nice, professional and friendly. I also enjoyed the awesome breakfast
Excellent hard working staff good value for the money.
Staff were excellent Checked in to a suite where the toilet still had excrement floating and stuck to the outer seat They immediately changed our room. The bathrooms are disgusting. One would think they would take extra cleaning methods but dirt in the shower door panels and tiles is not acceptable.
For an 11-year-old property, I thought it looked brand new. Everything was very clean and the staff was helpful. The downside is parking. It's really valeted only at $30 a night. You can park across the street if you dare. We were there when the place was very light on guest count, I cant imagine the load/unload at that tiny valet counter which is on the up ramp to the garage during a busy season, or when a Hornets game is playing. Hyatt needs to buy the lot adjacent to them and use that as self parking.
It looks nice in pics. It’s not next to anything. Walk to everything 5 min plus. They would clean our room. Cops were there one night to remove a vagrant. Bar closes at 9pm. Gift shop is literally a laugh. And this morning the valet guy fell asleep. I would never go back
