Convenient to airport

When we arrived at the airport and tried to call the hotel for the shuttle, no one was answering the phone. I called three times and when someone finally answered the shuttle was just pulling up. The night person at the front desk, Jesse, seemed overwhelmed and quite rude. He hung up on my husband when he called the front desk. However, the morning staff was excellent! The went out of their way to assist.

Very nice room. Pool and hot tub were not working.

Hotel looked nice from the outside, but is very dated on the inside. Place was dirty and my door wouldn't shut unless I slammed it. Elevator are looked outdated, things needed to painted. Not your typical clean Marriot..

The location of the hotel was great in proximity to the airport....although the planes are a little loud. There were places to dine nearby. The balcony was nice with the view of the courtyard with a fire pit...really pretty at night. I love that it’s a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very nice. I did not like the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. It could’ve been better maintained. There were stains on the curtains and carpet in my room. They will not being anything to your room...extra towels, etc...you have to go down to the desk to get it. They only set up the room for one person (1 towel, one wash cloth). Overall upkeep definitely needs some much needed attention.

I liked that it was close to the airport (they have an airport shuttle). They had breakfast bags and coffee in the lobby (due to Covid).

The covid has most everything shut down.. no breakfast.. no free coffee downstairs.. no room service.. only highlight was the fire pit

I arrived late at night with an early flight next morning and went to my room on the 3rd floor. I was immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Even though staff was notified, the stench remained

It's just nice! It's clean, beautifully-appointed, has friendly staff, and they let me have a 2pm check-out. What more could one want?

I like the staff, she was awesome! I like the amenities, however the hallways were very run down, the room was comfortable. The advertisement for breakfast was complementary, but no food just a menu to pay for food! I looked at the menu and it was way over priced to me so I ate elsewhere.
