Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte City Center

We stayed at the Courtyard for one night and attended a play at the Blumenthal Theater.

It was a very convenient and centrally located hotel.

Hotel was clean and easy to find. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and the Knight Theater where we saw Dancing Pros Live.

Great location. Was within walking distance of where I needed to be. Staff was great

We had a great experience except for the lack of water. It was fixed.

I am local to Charlotte and live in the burbs. I was having an evening uptown and did not want to drive back home nor did I want to pay too much for room. Price was great and location to where I was going was within 2 blocks. Well lit parking deck, quick check in, room was clean and comfortable. I will stay at this location again.

This was certainly an instance in which I got what I paid for. I was in town for a 4 day training and decided to spend a little extra and get a descent room instead of going the cheap route. I wanted to be comfortable and feel clean and I certainly did. I do wish the Bistro located in the lobby had more in the way of vegetarian options but I was able to make do with what was offered. On the second evening my tv stopped working. I called the front desk and a maintenance person showed up quickly and discovered that the set had become unplugged. I was a little embarrassed that I called someone to plug the tv in but he just chuckled and went on about his business. I would certainly stay here again.

When I made the reservation it was for 5 people, they do not have a room for that many people. They gave us a king size bed, sofa and a role away bed. It was ok, but would have been better to have 2 queen beds with a sofa.

Great experience all around Great staff. Nice location

You can't beat the location to uptown Charlotte. Clean and good value. Will go back!

It locates at a convenient position, close to time warner arena and nascar hall.

Friendly, clean and very convenient for downtown business in Charlotte

The Marriott Courtyard in downtown Charlotte was a nice location and offered a nice breakfast and small bar. The room air conditioner/heater was noisy but not too. The heat was easy enough to adjust. The bathroom was always clearn

Good hotel with basic amenities and convenient location. Good service by staff though room cleaning was slightly subpar.

The entire staff was friendly and caring.. The downtown location was a bonus because we could walk to everything.. I found the bed very comfortable and I would stay there again.

The hotel was centrally located, and very convenient. Parking was extra, but expected. Not as bad as other similarly sized cities that i've visited. We were short on towels when we entered the room, and they do not accommodate extra roll-away beds, so prepare to share. We thought we had left an item in our room, and called housekeeping to double-check, but no one returned our call. It turned out that we did not leave anything behind, but that would have been quite frustrating if we had, in tact, lost an article.

My stay was pleasant due to the location, excellent staff and size of room. All of the employees were great with answering questions or with the slightest of requests. Room was clean, although a tad out of date. I enjoyed the location of the hotel. There were plenty of places to eat making it easy to walk anywhere. There wasn't a need to travel further than 4 blocks in any direction finding places to eat or for entertainment. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value.

Nice location friendly staff. Included breakfas would have been nice. You could hear the next door room partying all night long. need better sound proofing.

terrible, including a bout of food poisoning from eating at the bar next to front desk...turkey sandwich..

The room should not have been booked as a triple. It had a king size bed and a love seat the was the sleeper sofa. It was smaller than a twin bed and very very poor quality. The room was small with barely enough room to open up the small sleeper "sofa". [...]The day of our arrival the hotel staff brought us a rollaway bed as a solution. That was in far better condition than the sleeper sofa. The next day, the hotel moved us to a room with 2 queen beds which had more space and could actually sleep 3 adults!!!! The hotel was clean and staff helpful.
