The room was not as clean as it should have been. Definitely neglected. Visibly unclean bedspread, unclean tub, and poorly vacuum carpet. They were short staffed as well. I have been here before and it was not in this type of condition

I stayed here for one night in November 2025, and while the front desk staff was genuinely helpful and attentive when I interacted with them directly, the experience was ruined by major communication gaps that caused unnecessary frustration and stress. For instance, I reported a potential safety concern in my room (a noticeable burning smell) late in the evening, and was promised a quick follow-up within 10 minutes—but nothing happened, no call or update overnight. Then, upon briefly stepping out the next morning, I returned to find my room key deactivated and the room reassigned without any prior notification, forcing me to scramble and deal with relocated belongings. These lapses in follow-through and internal coordination turned a simple stay into a chaotic hassle, despite the convenient location. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until they fix these issues to prevent similar problems for others.
