I baesd this stay on price. You get what you pay for. Pet fee is $20 plus a $100 CASH deposit.

The hotel is a dump. Old, not maintained, stained sheets, saggy beds, sticky floors, front door that dead bolt won't lock - and believe my you will want it locked.

It was a total nightmare!! No hot water, rooms run down, people watching us bring in our belongings. We had someone go through our stuff first night we stayed so we had to check out before we even stayed one night, it was to our benefit!!!

Staff was great. Bathroom had paint chip all over tub. Bed cover had cigarette burns on it. Will never go again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. The room was dirty, the toilet clogged and they never got anyone out to fix it, the paint was peeling in the shower area, the other guests were loud outside in the hallway most of the night, and the carpet in the room needed cleaning. The one bright spot on this horrible single night experience was the night manager. She was polite, courteous and professional. The guy I spoke with the next morning to check out? Not so much. He wasn't exactly rude, but he wasn't very polite either. Next time I'll sleep in the car.

This hotel is located in close proximity to the freeway, and in an area that does not feel very safe. The young people checking in ahead of me were paying in cash with bills pulled from various pockets. The occupant of the room near the stairway swore at me when I turned down her request for a handout. The room was noisy, which made sleep difficult. I was relieved in the morning when I found my car had not been vandalized during the night. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Holes in couch and broken table. Plastic on the mattress and cockroaches. Not very pleasant.

It did the job, but I had a feeling I was going to find roaches or something. Not for me.

The room was good, beds were really firm. The staff was nice. The breakfast was horrible no selection at all. U really get what you pay for.

Good location for airport travelers for a night. Everything worked in the room as expected.

Not bad for the price (under $50/night.) However, the walls were thin & the next room either had a party going on or left the TV on until 3:00 am. I tried calling the office but there was no answer. Also - 6:00am the train whistle started blowing every 1/2 hour. The shower head seemed nice, but the water didn't maintain a steady temp: going from hot to cold to hot in midst of shower. (My guess, when someone else flushed, temp got very hot -- If they washed w/hot water, the temp got cold.# The waffle maker at breakfast wasnt very good - leaked, slow #over 5 minutes to cook waffle.# On the good side: Room was clean, staff was co-operative when we checked in & out. Overall - not too bad - #If only I could have gotten more sleep.)

I truly do not recommend this hotel to friends. Custumer Service was lousy. The room was not in great shape. They don't clean hotel rooms well at all. Bathtub don't look like its been clean properly. Also the toilet did not flush well. An microwave was very dirty. This so called continental breakfast at this hotel was not fresh at all. Personally it really was not breakfast. I had to go elsewhere to eat Breakfast. Knights inn need serious renovation, and there cleaning staff don't take there job serious. Don't choose this hotel waste of money.

It's a cheap motel. The room was old and ugly. The location was depressing. Didn't even stay.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple of days while I checked out Charlotte since I am relocating there next week. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The cleaning staff made the beds, restocked the towels and changed the garbage bags but didn't restock the coffee the first day and I had to ask for toilet paper the next day. I didn't check out breakfast but my daughter said they had waffles, cereal and toast. The area wasn't the greatest but it was right off the highway and easy to find. Overall the stay was good and I will probably book the hotel again for the upcoming week while I look for a place to live.

You get what you paid for. Nothing was excellent, however if u oly paying 40-0 a night, what more can u expect.

Central location for a good price, however this is an older motel that needs deep cleaning and repair.

I slept on top of the bed--afraid what I'd find in the sheets

For the price of the room it was everything you would expect. It was clean, warm, and right off the highway. Very close to the down town area, just what I wanted.

The room was very spacious. The location was perfect for us. But the carpets were filthy. The bathroom needs some work and there was a blood stain on the ceiling. Also I came home with bites on my body. Although I didn't see any bugs.

Rooms could be updayed and a thorough cleaning. Supplies need to be checked daily. In brchure rack in front office there were no pamphlets for local attractions for Nascar. Lots of Georgia/Atlanta. Recliner broken.
