The property was priced too high for the quality of services. A breakfast should be offered on site and included in the cost of the hotel. The breakfast that was provided cost far too much.
I took a shower before leaving and the pressure was so high it stung. The toilet also clogged super easy, and all night we heard shouting and slamming doors on our hall.
Website said area shuttle and we checked in and they stated they stopped that during COVID so we can walk or call Uber to go to nearby plazas. One receptionist told us one time for bfast and when we called down they told us it was over an hour ago. Just so much miscommunication. Phone didn’t work in room, literally gave us 2 of each towel 1 for each of the 2 of us that stayed there. So many items missing in room or out of order. Checked us in to a room and when we got to the room with the keys, a man was in there and he yelled at us to get out. We told the receptionist and she told us it says “ready” in the system. Then tells us she will upgrade us to a higher floor and when I asked what the benefit was, she said that is the benefit and it was moving up from floor 4 to 5. Just so much nonsense and room for physical and customer service improvements.
The mattresses are too old
Great breakfast buffet. Peepers n onions in the potatoes tomatoes in eggs !!! Delicious
Parking was good, hotel room was good. The fridge was not cleaned properly, and iron was not working.
