If you rent a car then it's a good location. 20 minutes to uptown. Normal breakfast. Restaurant staff are excellent and friendly.

We had a very comfortable stay. The only downfall was that we could hear the sound system from a late party from downstairs, and then again at 5pm (maybe when kitchen staff arrived?) we heard the sound system start up again. But overall, very pleased with the room, as it was very clean.

Nice meeting rooms. Awesome staff, including housekeeping, front desk and restaurant.

A co-worker and I went to a seminar, which is never super fun! The staff made it easier and tried to take care of us. The chef tried to work with us as my co-worker has Celiac's Disease. Very clean. As the seminar was held at the hotel, the location couldn't have been better. Would happily stay there again if the opportunity arises.

quite, clean , comfortable, very nice....breakfast seemed pricey...did not eat there

The 3 star rating is misleading! The staff here are all amazing. The room was spotless and the free wifi came in handy. I would certainly stay here again!

Just what I needed for a day and half getaway. Got to love the complimentary breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will be back as well as visiting other Holiday Inn locations.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was super close to all kinds of shopping. I had a rental car and it too less then 5 minutes to look up IKEA on my Google Maps and get there. There is also a Walmart and food locations. The staff was amazing even though they were clearly busy. The room had great big windows that provided a nice sunset over the trees.

The rooms were comfy quite and clean. The hotel staff was polite professional and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was putstanding!!! Will def book again when in the area next!

Honey and I headed south for a weekend getaway and ended up here. Staff was friendly, facilities clean, great location

It was a soccer tournament in Charlotte that weekend - so I consider so I was happy we got a room here at a decent price and not far from family!

Great stay!! Staff could have been quicker and nicer

Nice hotel, good location. Currently undergoing construction but did not effect the stay. Placed a wake up call but never received it, caused me to be an hour late to a meeting. Fire alarm went off at 7AM, was a false alarm but still inconveinnat. After all this, I would stay at the hotel again.

Hotel was conveinatly located to work. I would stay there again

The info on was misleading and they would not cancel the reservation when we found that the hotel did not have the listed room available. We got the runaround and ended up staying at the Hotel because they would not cancel or change our reservations.

I've never stayed at this hotel and although there were v.i.p.s there for the democratic convention, I was told that I too was a v.i.p and they helped me convert my room to smoking with no problem and were absolutely polite and very accomidating. I would certainlly return to this hotel on future visits to Charlotte.

Rooms were serviced too early in the morning. I was located next to the Housekeeping closet and it was NOISY! Key card system went down due to bad programming and we waited in the lobby with about 20 other irate guests to get it fixed to get in our rooms.

ROOM WAS NOT THAT CLEAN/PAPER AND COMB ON BATHROOM FLOOR AND COFFEE STAINS ON THE BACK OF DOOR. HUMAN HAIR ON THE PILLOW CASE.

first rate service and loved it, would recommend it to everyone

staff caters to every need. hotel clean and tidy. would stay here anytime!
