My husband was sick and calling orbitz are not user friendly. I was trying to call but since i was driving i couldn't type. I couldn't get an operator to speak to unless i inputed my information. So i finally got a hold of someone and tried to cancel the hotel said i needed documents to prove. Which was late for me to call my Dr. Im very upset with the customer service i received. I work in customer service and never treat a customer that way. Before i hang up i make sure my customers issue or issues are resolved before we hang up.

I've never been somewhere that didn't have a locking door on a bathroom!! W.T.F. Property was dated/ worn-down and dirty. Room didn't have a comforter. TV was small. Shower leaked

The first room I checked into (213) had a strong odor of urine. I was moved to room 620. I asked the front desk each of the 3 days I was there to have my room cleaned. They never came and I had to get clean towels from the front desk each day. I was instructed by the front desk to put used towels and garbage outside my door and someone would pick it up, I did - they never picked it up, large stack of used towels and garbage outside my door the day I checked out. I’ve never experienced this kind of hotel service. Won’t come back!

When we arrived there were 5 people waiting to check in and only one person working the counter even though there was a second person there just hanging out. It took 30 minutes to check in. Once we checked in we went to our room and the key worked but the door was jammed. We had to bang on the door to pry it open. The sink in the bathroom had hair and debri in it. When I washed my hands it was completely clogged, we left for a 4 hours figured it would drain, but never did. There was also trash behind the nightstand.

The front desk lady was very slow doing the check in..it was 5 people in line in front of me waiting to check in..took me about 25 minutes to do a check in. Then, I was in my room, thank God, I had clothes on when a couple opened the door because she gave them the same room. Worse experience!!

The front desk lady was really nice. Unfortunately, my room didn't have a working key :(

Futon in our room is broken and it was not cleaned from the previous guest at all! We have to put our suitcases underneath the bottom third to hold the mattress up. Unbelievable!

The customer service was excellent. The facility needs a major upgrade especially the elevators

The reason I booked this hotel was bc it was inexpensive and they have shuttle service to the airport. In fact there is NO shuttle service. The first room they gave had a broken toilet. The second room was in a no-smoking section but had trouble sleeping bc of the strong smell of smoke, including weed. Then found out no shuttle, contrary to the website amenities description. So spent $25 on a cab. So room was lousy and, with the cab, fare more expensive than competition, who actually do have airport shuttle.

I cannot recommend this hotel. It looked good enough on the outside. Once we entered, we were not greeted by the staff. Instead, they came to the desk arguing and annoyed about something going wrong on the computers. I was never greeted, after a few minutes of typing and complaining to each other I was asked for my name on the reservation. They discussed a room that had a broken lock and then promptly assigned that room to me. They had to call me back to give me a key for a different room.

Place was ok for the winter in North Carolina ... Sad they did not have breakfast in the morning ...

It’s very nice and big room. I really enjoyed it and will come back.

The hotel smelled soooo bad. Like cat urine and mold. I had to go to the store and get air freshener for my room. I would never stay here again. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Room is as dirty, dog poop on floor under table, carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while, no toilet paper or Kleenex.

The hotel is a "non-smoking hotel," it even says so on a sign on the wall next to the check in desk. We reserved two rooms. One room was great, really nice. However our second room across the hall was AWFUL. It REEKED of smoke and bad cologne. This was not a room where someone had smoked, this was a room where someone had smoked regularly and repeatedly. The odor was so strong you choked on it, and it was embedded in the blankets, the towels and the curtains, so much so I had serious doubts that the room had even been cleaned, much less had any change of bedding or towels. We called the front desk and there seemed to be little surprise. They send up maintenance and they squirted a couple spritzes of "refresher" which really just looked like water in a spray bottle and it had zero effect. We had to open the window and sleep with is wide open with the heat and humidity coming in and it only brought a modicum of relief, I think we actually just went a little nose blind because every time I rolled over in the bed through the night I would get a new overwhelming whiff of the stench of the cigarettes. I could not be more displeased with the condition of our second room and it completely overwhelmed any other positive aspect of our visit, it was MISERABLE. Beware of room 405.
