Great Location with access bridge Unfortunately, the bridge door was locked at night. Hotel guest should be able to get in the door...

Lovely hotel...pretty sure I overpaid for the room. It was nice but not spectacular. The mandatory valet parking was a bit annoying for us, would have rather parked our own car. Staff was friendly.

Location is great, food is awesome however the WIFI was not reliable, they need to work on that, I had to be on the phone for 2 hours with the IT personnel to assist me. The front desk people need to be more professional.

We have stayed in numerous Omni properties, this was the worst one, by far. We had issues the evening we moved in to the morning we left. First there are a large herd of homeless loitering in front, side and on the property at the valet stand, at one point we counted 14 of them. They were extremely boisterous and slightly confrontational EVERY day we were there. What was more concerning was to see one of them coming back and forth interacting with the Valet staff, once exchanging headphones. For $33/night I do not want to worry that there is some type of understanding between staff and vagrants regarding parked vehicles and possibly how to score what is inside of them. Our room had not one, not two but 3 serious work order issues when we got in our room. Our door handle, the handle that is responsible to let you in and out of the room was barely still on!! The bathroom lock assembly fell out of the entire door and onto the floor, lastly the shades, both sets did not work at all. Eventually all these items were fixed the day we called but it was annoying and again coming back to price this should have not happened. Food was very good until our last day, it was the worst breakfast we had this year, even the waitress could see our faces, we had eaten there the previous morning as well, which was the same server and it was great. By the way we ordered the same meal as the previous day, it was terrible. 2 nights in a row we called security for drunk guests on our floor!

The overall cleanliness and layout of the rooms and the staff was amazing. Bathroom is too small for 2 people to get ready and there isn’t a conveniently located mirror in the room so a 2nd person can put on makeup or do their hair while someone else is using the restroom area

The staff was great. I was surprised that the hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. Parking was outrageously expensive and $22 for a single breakfast is unbelievable.

It is a hotel on the 3rd floor and up and has a very cool bar as well as multiple areas to eat and shop at all under 1 roof. Starbucks on the main level along with many restaurants and a Walgreens without even having to go outside. Two thumbs up.

The hotel could not find my reservation. I showed her a copy of my receipt and she called and took care of it. Next time I will book through hotel

I would book this property again. The room was good, but standard. It needs more hooks for things to be hung up. We had a packed room and nowhere to leave towels. But the pool was amazing!!

Great location, staff goes above and beyond to help.

Room smelled like must and dirty laundry. Room was not made up on day 2. Key was deactivated making me late for the event I traveled to Charlotte to attend. Otherwise it's a nice facility well located in uptown.
